  1. Im not sure I understand what you would like us to follow up there? While we do usually say that we have created a ticket, it does actually tell you on the email there what has happened
  2. We are unable to guarentee how long an upgrade will take on a self hosted environment. Generally that upgrade shouldnt take too long but I would advise doing a test run if you are uncertain whether you want to go ahead due to a downtime.
  3. Please ensure all messages are posted in English on the community. You may continue via private message if needed, but all messages on the community itself must be posted in English
  4. In terms of this, you are quite simply missing the files. Its nothing related to 3rd party or your PHP version. Its simply that the image files are not present. In this case, the egg. If you are looking to upgrade you would need to change the PHP version, then upgrade the site. But you would need to upgrade the site by uploading a fresh set of files, and running the upgrader. I have to be honest with you on that part, Jeff. I would get assistance in upgrading your site in my opinion. You are simply struggling too much with these, and its very likely you are going to end up back in the same scenario prior to getting it online. This is one whereby the advice would only be to upgrade your site to the latest release first of all. I very much sympathize with your situation there, Jeff. The reality is here, you probably need someone to help you run the site and its administration, if you are unable to go with the cloud options.
  5. Only the author of your theme can tell you what would be affected on upgrade of your theme, along with custom blocks. Ad blocks that are added using our standard ad system will work the same. It would not generally go through every post, other than rebuilding the search index if needed (which does not need to be offline for and is done as a background task). As far as "How long" is concerned, it really depends on your service provider.

  8. You would need to check your code there, as the error message you are getting would indicate that the method you are trying to use doesnt exist
  9. Actually no, as the administrators section in members, can also contain a list of members. It is however indeed the main member list as you suggest. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention!   10. Are you referring to Members>Administrators here, or Members, then clicking to filter by administrators on the list? I ask as one would be a bug, the other would not
  11. Please ensure that you are aware that despite the above 2 items being correct, if your language pack is that old, its very unlikely you dont have a lot of other issues there
  12. If you are using a language pack that is 12 years old, I would very much advise you find a new version of the language pack. After 12 years, it is very much going to be outdated
  13. One thing I would advise here Jeff, is slowing down a little. You stated above you had some issues with email and missing files, however in the next message said you attempted to upgrade. You need to get the site stable before you are attempting the next step, unless that next step is an attempt to get it stable. At present you are running 4.4.10. Its not clear what issue you are having at this point, or what has happened, as you mentioned you run an upgrade yet arent on the latest release, so its unclear what upgrade you ran or if you reverted this from backup in some way

  18. Sorry to hear of your frustration here, however we do know why. Our server interacts with the location mentioned above, for purposes of login and verification /index.php?app=core&module=system&controller=marketplace Your server is reporting 403, which is access denied. We are unable to determine the reason why your server is returning that message, as unfortunately we are not your hosting company.
  19. Unfortunately, there isnt much else we can assist with, as the issue is not software related. That message means its not actually reaching your server
  20. Only your hosting company will be able to answer this question as if it's not being reached, it's not even getting as far as the software.
  21. Have you checked with your email sender to see if emails are actually being sent? I know you have said you are not receiving, but that may well be the first call you should make
