  1. The message there is stating you dont actually have your domain whitelisted, so you would need to check that first of all. Im not sure what you mean by google has the same problem, as thats 2 completely different setups
  2. If your clipboard is actually pasting a link to an image and you have that switched off, it would not show the image there
  3. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

While I realise you are disapointed there, arguing the semantics of what you or I believe to be the primary purpose of the feature is not going to change much in the context of what is going to be removed. Your proposal there would be for us to strip out the email functionality, rewrite parts of the software to be compatible with version 5, and then support it into the future. This is something we have decided not to take forward as a company. If you wish to continue deprecation discussions, you can certainly do this within the topic for that purpose, which you can find in the following location

  13. That is not in any way what I said. I said someone may decide to do one. We however are not continuing with development on that product at present. This does not exist on version 5, and would need somewhat rewriting for version 5. It is not in any way similar to forums or pages, in that it primarily works with email ticket support. Very sorry to hear that you feel that way. We have had a lot of feedback on the removal of this item, and I can assure you the removal of items from our product isn't something we do lightly.
  14. When you say "Large", what kind of size are we referring to here? If you rebuild the search index, its done from the admin CP, and will indeed wipe that table and rebuild. However if it's the correct size, it will rebuild back to that same size
  15. I would suggest upgrading to the latest release, and then letting us know if this happens again. Do you have a test instance running somewhere perhaps?

One of our devs may be able to answer that question, but in all honesty, if you are not sure how to look, its probably best not to be playing in the database directly

  21. That shouldnt be showing unless hive is active in System->Integrations. Please check this and let us know if you are still seeing an issue on a default unaltered theme
  22. If you are testing registrations, make sure you have whitelisted yourself as you will otherwise block yourself as spam
  23. This is a ban message. So people are either being caught in the spam service, or you have other ban filters in place. So you need to check both of those You do need to bear in mind, if thats while testing yourself, you are likely getting caught by the spam filter. You are registering over and over so it thinks you are spam. You would need to whitelist yourself if testing
  24. Not to the degree you are seeing there, no. The only thing mail will cause is a small delay when sending a message if its struggling to send quickly. The other issues are server related unfortunately
