  1. The only thing I would include, is to run the requirement checker before upgrading to the latest release
  2. As mentioned in the setting, it is actually possible for the IP to be spoofed when using that setting. Not always maliciously, I might add. When using that setting, its using the IP that is provided by the proxy, and therefore if that proxy is providing the wrong IP address, then the wrong IP will be shown
  3. Glad to hear things are working for you 🙂
  4. Sorry, Chris. The setting above should have been "Trust IP addresses provided by proxies?"
  5. Unfortunately, we do not provide older versions of the platform for download, so your only option at present is to upgrade to the latest release of the platform unless of course you already have the files to upgrade to from an earlier release. Upgrading to an earlier release however can have downfalls even in that scenario, in that if you have an issue, you would not be supported (you would be asked to use the latest release), you would be using a version with known bugs, and more importantly, you would be upgrading to a version which has known security issues that have been resolved in later releases
  6. Have you tried replacing this with an altered copy from a download first of all? This is what was suggested above, not to add an old version
  7. Please clear your site cache in the support area of your admin CP first of all, and then test again. Also, please reset the editor to default if you have added any manual items there
  8. Glad to hear you have the issue resolved 🙂
  9. The above being the case, its extremely likely this is being blocked by your incoming email provider. I would advise on checking this first of all
  10. Very glad to hear you have everything resolved 🙂
  11. It would give you only the latest entries, but it would mean they can export on a constant basis if thats what they are looking to achieve
  12. The only way that can really happen is if its being proxied in some way. Do you have the following switched on? System>Settings>Advanced Configuration>Check IP address when validating session?
  13. You would then be giving out the unique key anyway. There isnt really anything to keep secure as such on this one
  14. Could you please let me know what you mean by experiencing malicious redirects. Are they getting a suspected message as you mention above, or is something actively being redirected? If the latter, you need to investigate that with your hosting company. You should upload a fresh set of files from your client area (a full set) and run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade
  15. As Im unable to replicate this, I would need an example I can take a look at
  16. If you are having issues, it may be best to employ someone to do this migration on your behalf. There are quite a few people out there offering this service in the providers area, if thats something you are interested in https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers/
  17. This would be looked at once a developer has chance to go through. As mentioned a few times there, the route should be through the developer of that application, and if they have specific bugs they should report those. The way we are doing this at present is the slower route unfortunately
  18. I have moved this for you 🙂 I would ask, have you told your users they could simply sign up to the RSS feed?
  19. If you are referring to just redirecting the other 2 URLs to your site on our hosting, then thats something you would of course do on your end
  20. There has been a ticket created for you on this so we can take a closer look at what is going on. However the latter one of those 2 would be an issue with tapatalk, rather than ourselves. It looks like an issue with mb4 conversion. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  21. Have you since resolved this issue? Im not seeing any issues at this point, and test emails send out with no problem at all.
  22. There is no export of these in order to move elsewhere, for backup or otherwise
