  1. That would indeed also cause the issue 🙂
  2. Then yes, we would need to see this as it occurs
  3. Glad to hear thats now working for you
  4. They would usually show under the content if you scroll down, when on mobile. Are you logged in also? Asking as the front end would be cached for guests, so you may be looking and just not seeing it yet
  5. Glad to hear the issue is resolved for you in any case 🙂
  6. Feel free to send me a PM
  7. My guess is that they used post before register, and have only just actually registered. If you can provide an example, we can certainly take a look
  8. Please check for mod_security on your server. This tends to happen when saving is actually being blocked by the server
  9. If you take a look at the following, this shows how to use subscriptions within the commerce system
  10. To clarify, we are talking about "in order to be supported and have security updates" generally. For example if someone asks me how to resolve on issue on 3.4.7, my answer is "You need to upgrade to a supported release". So while yes, they 'need' to upgrade, I of course cannot force them to do so. There are still people who (strangely) run version 3 and have even seen a few custom jobs where people have upgraded from 2 recently. However, people asking specifics about future events that have not even been spoken about yet, let alone planned. We can only really answer you based on what we have done previously.
  11. I have created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
  12. I have tagged our developers on this, so we can get an answer on that question for you
  13. I have messaged you the relevant details there. Please let us know once here once you have made the nessesary access arrangements
  14. It will very likely be cache if you have not long since paid to get the site back online. Please clear your browser cache in the first instance, but it may well be simply a case of waiting
  15. WIth the mysql issue, its because you are on an older release, where there was a bug that has since been resolved. So you would need to run manually as you mentioned
  16. The only items that are available are shown within the documentation there. We have no way in which to update meta at present with the REST API
  17. We would need to know this in order to provide further assistance, so you would need to contact the author of that bot if needed
  18. Are you using paypal for these at all?
  19. There isnt a bug that we are aware of. Unfortunately, as you have generated it, the issue will no longer be present for us to investigate. Please could you let us know if you see this again, but please don't generate one manually. Let us look at the issue first and then we can prevent recurrence for you 🙂
  20. Please check this again. Your login does not accept a display name, which is what you have provided. We also need full FTP details
  21. I would need an example of this not working on your site in order to advise. If you havent selected for them to see ads within our ad system, they shouldnt be seeing them at all.
  22. So, if you have it set to notify you on new approvals needed, you will get one message the first time you get one, no matter how many there are to approve, until you log in if using option 1. On the second option, you will get one message every time there is a member that needs to be approved, even if you already know there are some awaiting
  23. Glad to hear you managed to get that resolved 🙂
  24. Of course, a would-be hacker could potentially add anything if they had hacked your system. If your site is up to date and your server secure, I wouldn't be too worried about something like that though. This is much more likely to be a 3rd party addition of some kind. The reason I mentioned woocommerce was simply because I'm aware they have a cookie of that name. That's not to say others don't.
  25. As they show on the registration form, and you are adding them manually yourself, that is correct. The only way to really do it would indeed be to force re-reading of them.
