  1. This is controlled by the locale in your language pack. So you would need to ensure you have also selected the relevant locale
  2. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. Please add the URL of the location you logging into within your notes We look forward to further assisting you.
  3. I cant see anything that would do this, nor am I able to replicate. If you see this happen on the next release, please could you let us know, and we can take a closer look
  4. I user would not be able to delete an item of content from your community unless you give them global permission to delete their own content. If you wanted to do that, you could set it within that users group, by setting the "Can delete own content?" option
  5. You would need to ensure that PHPMail is set up and configured correctly on your server. The above is part of that process, but of course ensuring PHPMail itself is set up is another thing you would need to do. If you are unsure, you would need to contact a server administrator to assist you with this.
  6. I dont think this has been a feature within gallery. We have this within forums only at present
  7. We have a bug report in for this one 🙂
  8. There will be significant changes and different ways of working within version 5. However, there would always be things you can learn by coding items for version 4. So it would be your own choice really.
  9. We wouldnt really do a pros/con against every mail service on the internet. What you really need to do is ask yourself what you want to achieve. If the answer to that question is that you simply want it to successfully send out mail, then just use the internal one. If you want something such as your own domain and to do other things with your mail service (whatever those 'things' may be) then look for a service which suits what you need. There is often an emphasis on seeing what one service offers that another service doesn't, rather than asking the correct question of "What do I actually need?"
  10. This is correct. File.php is where the code is that tells the system to save an item to a location. At present, the S3 permissions are simply not allowing write
  11. This is not something available. It is custom templating for our site, built on a pages database. We do also have other custom developed things built into there
  12. Glad to hear you are now updated successfully 🙂

    Imgur embed

We embed using oembed endpoints, of which I dont believe imgur has
  14. No problem at all. Glad things are now working correctly for you 🙂
  15. You cannot remove them within the platform without waiting for the period in which you have set to prune
  16. You mention "Upon logging in". Are you referring to log in to an external source, or logging in directly on the community. If on the external source, you would need to actually set up the redirect URL on your external source correctly.
  17. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  18. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. 19. You can always use search in the top right also 🙂
  20. I feel you may want to re-read the above. There are no claims anyone has done such as thing that I have read in this topic. Someone has asked about what security precautions they can use on their site when using items that are developed by someone other than Invision. I'm sure as a developer yourself, you appreciate the importance of someone thinking about the security of their site?
  21. IPS reviewed code to ensure it adheres to our marketplace guidelines. What we do not do is check every line of code for security issues and serious issues that may arise from installing them. This very much a misconception of what we do. There are no guarentees that a code review will prevent any malicious, bad, exploit code etc. Adding 3rd party code to your website is at your own risk. This has always been the case.
  22. It would probably be a question for cloudflare that one. If its caching things we need it not to, they would at least have to not using caching on that URL
  23. I have created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
  24. Your best option would be to reach out to a 3rd party who provides services for upgrading these kinds of sites. If you take a look here, there are quite a few providing this https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers-directory/
  25. That would indicate you are likely redirecting to https using your server, but havent actually set your software to use https. Please see the following and ensure you have done this https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/advanced-options/configuration-options/using-ssl-https-r273/
