  1. Im not actually seeing any error in your admin notifications at present. I would simply dismiss that if you have only see it the once, as you are likely chasing something that is no longer present
  2. This was actually a bug. The intention of being able to set a publish date was to set future publications. However as a byproduct it was allowing dates to be set in the past. Unfortunately however, this caused other issues in the software so was prevented
  3. Check you have permission to create a topic in the location you are moving to. Whether you have moderation rights or not, if you dont have permission to create a topic, you wont be able to move to that location.

  5. I have moved this to our feedback area, but its not something that is specifically an exploit. Its annoying, yes, however people like this would be very quickly exposed, and its really something that is a moderation issue.

  10. I have taken a look through this for you. As per PM, its very very unlikely this is a software issue unfortunately. I have created a ticket for you on this, in order to see if we can get more information for you, as I realise you have been struggling with this for a while

  12. Unfortuanetly there is a very large increase in spam lately across the board. What you can do however is to ensure you are doing the following Ensure you are using hCaptcha, rather than any other captcha type. This seems to be the most effective at present Ensure you have increase the sensitivity when you set up an hCaptcha account Ensure you have question and answers set up, as you dont seem to have at present You can see more about this, and how to use the "Mark as spam" function, which will allow you to delete all the posts from a person at once if needed, in the following guide
  13. They are supposed to appear as the embedded posts themselves, but it seems there are issues with it on those links. If you click those, you will see they dont actually work
  14. I would need an example of this I can take a look at, as it does indeed include content that is added in a club. That option is really to search for content within a club. Individual pages you add manually such as your own about page, would not be included. This would need to be posted as feedback for future consideration, should you decide to go ahead with the platform. All I can say at present is that this is not currently a feature on the platform. It is important to understand that the search box at the top, is by default a content search. So "Everywhere" in that context, is all content on the site. If you wanted to search members you would need to specifically select members for this I will get a bug report added for this

  16. You would need 2 promotion rules. Rule 1 - Set only to run for group A, and set where last post is less than 8 days ago Rule 2 - Set to run only for group B, and set to run only if last post was greater than 7 days ago Please see the following guide on how to use group promotions

Please note, you are currently trialing cloud, so there are some cloud only features the classic platform doesnt have, such as live community (seeing who is online instantly and who is typing etc), courses, live topics and a few other bits.   20. Please check your server error log to see what is causing this. I would suspect that its probably the antispam application you have there, as its showing it being upgraded with the main applications

  22. If you have htpasswd in place, that may actually be what is causing the issue itself. We would need access in order to take a look at this, and would need to be able to switch it in and out of maintenance mode if needed
