  1. I would suggest testing the stream rather than assuming it will be an issue, to be honest. Its very likely it wont be, depending on your server of course.
  2. There is no way in which to automatically tag topics within a forum at present unfortunately. Could I ask why it is you would want to do this? (Curious, more than anything)
  3. We have nothing specific to that vendor, however there are basic instructions on how to set up an Auth 2.0 provider here. You would need to follow the instructions of the vendor for what to enter
  4. It is worth noting that this will only adjust how many are sent per cycle, and will not slow the rate at which those are sent.
  5. You actually have cloudflare running there, so I could suggest disabling that first of all. I am having no problem at all logging into your admin CP on this end. I would also advise ensuring you are upgraded to the latest release of the platform
  6. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  7. What I suspect is happening here, is because you are having people testing, I suspect they are flicking to the page, not seeing it, and closing the browser. Essentially just not giving it chance to load. As its native html that is being used there, its difficult to see what else it could really be. Possibly server response time, or even lazy loading if they are having to scroll to get the image and its not yet loaded up. As with others here, I am unable to see any issues to advise further.
  8. Yes that is correct. We do not offer OAauth signout capability. I understand that the wordpress plugin there does, however its not part of OAuth. Its something they are providing themselves.
  9. I have reset that for you 🙂
  10. It would likely take some time for the main page depending what its picking up, but we are unable to prevent google from indexing what it sees is the most relevant content for the search criteria entered
  11. Either is fine. Im actually looking at your site currently, so will be back in touch shortly
  12. If you are seeing this on your live site, we can take a look and correct this for you. Its an old bug which was causing this.
  13. Im not sure what else we can do from our point of view here. As mentioned, you would need to work with them to resolve
  14. I understand what you are saying there, however we do not support the logoff endpoint
  15. Do you have a link I can take a look at?
  16. It is, if they have moderator permissions to do so. There is no facility for them to only hide/unhide their own content if thats what you are referring to
  17. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  18. Fair question there. The reasoning behind this, is its simple to code a bot to read the answered question at the top of google (or indeed other search areas). So if you put something like "what is 2+2" it will actually give you the answer, rather than you needing to click through search results. With the second part on making it easy for users, I completely agree. However, that is going completely the other way of thinking. You don't have to put a hard physics question in order to avoid the answers being given simply by Google. As an example, if you ran a site fourpaws.com which is a site for dogs, you could put the question "What animal is this site about?" which Google cannot possibly guess as it doesn't know the context. "What is the number in the title of this site" is another good example. Both very simple for a user, but impossible for Google to know without being given more context.
  19. Some say his English is not his first language. Its CSS
  20. While I understand what you are saying there, that is indeed the way it works at present (and has always worked in version 4). It pushes the content to the right below the content to the left, which is why you end up with that effect.
  21. My colleague has just seen the topic that relates to. It looks like they are able to add HTML and have added that embed manually, rather than just pasting the youtube link and letting it embed. While we allow for our own formats, we are unable to account for external sources.
  22. Yes, that would be correct at present
