What is it?
Grapply Chat gives your community the option to chat with each other from anywhere within your forums!
Most of the existing chat applications for IPS (that I'm aware of) work using a widget or something similar, and generally center around a chat room or something of the likes. This application is specifically for Member to Member chat conversations. It also displays ANYWHERE on your forums, not as a widget but instead as an overlay to all pages.

Chat with anyone in the community from anywhere. Block / Unblock members from chatting with you. Enable or disable Grapply Chat for specific member groups. View client chat logs from within ACP and download them as CSV, TXT and JSON. The ability to enable/disable Grapply Chat or just chat notifications for your account. The ability to manage your chat blocks from within Account Settings. A full list of online members. A search functionality to search members to chat with. Fully customizable themes using the Grapply Theme Generator so you can rest assured that Grapply Chat will line up with your IPS theme. What's to come?

Member specific permissions. The ability to report a member and include a log of their chat. Customizable chat bots. Configure an external server to alleviate some of the stress that this application may put on your forum database. Important Notes
Grapply Chat is still in its early beta phase, these features may not perform with the stability you will expect, but future iterations will improve on them. This application may have an undesired performance hit on your forums due to the amount of requests required for it to operate. To alleviate this, you can try to raise the Client Refresh Rate in ACP to help with this. In the future, there will be an option to use a secondary server dedicated to chat processing to help alleviate this. This application is not yet optimized for mobile, and as such will not display on mobile devices. Market Place File:

Appreciate the update and apologies for chasing you down. Its only because I'm eager as hell to try it out and start talking about it (plus i said I was doing it throughout June, my bad 🙈) Looking forward to updating across the weekend then.
LOLZ. I do see a need for it. Maybe what I see more though with individuals is the need for Leaderboards on specific activities that you could then link into a larger overall Leaderboard. If there was stuff like this for speed runs, time trials, etc. the possibilities could be great for individual competitive fun.

Hi, notification from specific clubs and others specific apps is already requested? 
I think would be great if we can create a notification from different parts of website to specific channel, example one club and one forum new content will be pushed to a channel. 

Is a bug? when I create a tournament, there is automatically get my email as the tournament name...and not possible change it.

Please add image by default ability, from category, team, each tournaments and game required images, need a create tournament or team process more easy possible, then each leader take time create and change their custom images.

@kmk enable server widget in your discord server settings

Any plans for re-sending notifications on Discord for events when it's nearing start? For instance being able to set a time interval would be helpful to alert people that the event is starting soon.

This plugin makes it easy and fast to add a marker (badge) to a topic, by placing a button next to the «Reply to this topic»-button. The marker visually stands out, both when viewing the topic and when viewing the forums.
It's similar to using tags, but with tags you and your members will have to edit the topic and manually add the tag. Also, unless I’m mistaken, there is no way to restrict a tag to specific forums or members. This plugin is kind of a combination of tags, prefixes, and saved actions (multimoderation), and you can allow everyone to use the markers, not only admins and moderators.

I bought this app...now I have some heavy apps made by you. Please add multilanguage ability....
I try to create a category, which is the recommended image size? better for desktop, mobile view and server load and speed.

I like your theme style, can you sell this theme customization? 
Specifically the mobile view. 

I would like to see a message displayed when a user enters or leaves the chat room, as well as seeing chat mods/admins at the top.

Would it be possible to optionally be able to have the editor above the content? This would be especially useful for the widget if new messages appear at the top. The current setup requires some scrolling back and forth to see a new message and going to type a new message.

I'll add a mass delete in 1.0.5, also coming is attachments what you will drag and drop to upload like you can here

there will be another group permission in the matrix for who can download them for each chatroom
 

To provide a quick update, I've got most of the forum/category setting features implemented, and will be adding a script allowing you to import your existing configurations over from Advanced Tags and Prefixes as well.
In addition, I'm reworking the application a bit so that instead of it providing custom formatting exclusively for prefixes, you can optionally add custom formatting to regular tags as well (so if you want color coded tags to display in the normal tag list, you'll be able to do that now!)

This just keeps getting better and better.  

I suppose a feature request for adding channels within a chatroom would be asking for too much?  LOL.  That's the only feature so far that's preventing me from buying this and using it as a full-blown discord alternative for my clubs, though it's very tempting with what you've already accomplished so quickly.

About to turn my Gaming Community out with this!

It basically has the ability to use the attachments upload like you would if you wanted to upload a image from your phone to this topic, so I will look into sorting that out to be enabled in the app and have extra permissions in the chatrooms for who can add the attachments etc
I could look into that yeah, I was thinking of extra moderators for the rooms where you don't have to give members mod permissions for the site, it could only be that chatroom
If you go to the users profile and see all activity then click the chatroom tab you can read all their sent messages, if the user don't have permission to view the chatroom they can't see them messages although admin can see them regardless

never seen their messenger but if it's one on one it is easy to do the seen bit, if there is 100's of users it won't be that easy

Cheers and I do normally make basic features in the first few versions of my apps until I get requests and ideas etc then I go from there with them, but nothing I make will ever be finished technically, I will always be looking to improve them all

@TheJackal84: I'm not kidding you when I say this, I became that impressed with your chat application that I went ahead and purchased it. Not only that, however, it made me want to upgrade to IPS 4.4 something hadn't wanted to do until I saw this.
This is a great idea.
I run a fan site for my local football team, the match chat used to be very popular, but CometChat lost their heads and became bloatedware. One thing, however, I liked, was the ability to send voice updates. I would give the thumbs up to this idea, especially if you added settings that would enable only certain members to use the function. I or someone trusted could then give updates on the game as it happens (like commentary). 😍😍
I also like this idea.
The ability to attach/upload images from a smartphone or tablet would be awesome, I often shared pictures throughout games similar to the above voice function. It's useful outside of that as not everyone these days has a desktop computer and otherwise they might not be able to share images.
My suggestions:
A dedicated chat room moderator(s) - (Allow us to choose who mods the chat rooms and pin them to the top of the online list). Chat room logs - (very useful to read through incase anyone does something they shouldn't, otherwise without proof it becomes he said, they said). Report chat messages - (like the above, if members could report comments live it would allow for better moderation and quicker action to be taken). Disable sounds and notification alerts inside the chat room(s) individually. Member statuses (Availible, Away, Busy) - (Useful to know if someone is absent, as it marks them and during a long conversation it allows people to notice easily). Invite members (this would send a notification out asking a member to join x room). Show who has seen each message (much like Facebook Messenger does). -Ignore if it does- Does this block filtered bad words? If not, please support the default feature. I think this application is wonderful, I almost considered buying an option mentioned earlier, however, I couldn't justify the price and I felt it wasn't quite right for what I needed. I can see this working well straight out of the box - yet I am seeing a lot of potential to improve it. Seriously, thank you for releasing and already taking on improving it by adding our suggestions. I hope it replaces the whole that IPS left when they disbanded their chat system as I feel this is perfect.

Not happy.  
That summarizes my feelings on clubs.  I investigated clubs three times in the past and last night I officially converted my group from Group Collaboration over to IP.Clubs, and I'm still deeply unhappy.  I feel like I went from driving a top-of-the-line Mercedes to a Kia.  The only thing going for the Kia is that it's company-insured to always be supported.  
This is an incredibly sensitive topic to me, because the reputation and features of my community are now critiqued by a third-party Club Leader who has entrusted me to move his 12-year group over to my community.  
I don't even know where to begin:
No homepage - Your dinky little text box doesn't cut it.  My Club Leader understands the concept of a homepage, wants a homepage, and deserves a homepage.  A homepage with full ckeditor capabilities with image attachments, bold, colors and all the other wild and outrageous formatting that he wants.  He wants it more than an Activity Stream, which we can't customize anyways. Follow - no club-wide follow.  These external members have no bloody clue what your features are, and asking them to follow each node is ridiculous.  Getting them through a two-step process to register on my community and then join the club is already a huge ask.  But once they join the club, they don't get notified on any of the content even though that's the whole reason why they joined.  Once a member joins a club, they should auto-follow the club.   Members No custom moderator permissions.  I have no idea what moderator permissions were just given to the moderator.    No member outreach.  How does my club owner actually message or mail his members to market outside of his club?   Nodes - no reordering, which means you're screwed on ordering. Nodes - no categories within nodes, which is a major pain point for me.  I had to convince my Club Leader to reduce 70+ categories into 3.   He had detailed categories for each letter of the album A-Z, and now all albums are mixed together in 39 pages of albums.  Content is king, and the inability to organize and categorize within nodes is a huge pain point.   Conversion - no conversion of existing nodes.  I have no idea how IPS expected me to manually move 49,700 content items into clubs.  Content is king, and clubs is not easy to transfer content in / out.   Delete and Move/Delete - In the ACP > Community app nodes, club nodes are not an option when using Delete or Move / Delete.  Node Settings - I, as root admin, don't have full node control over settings or permissions.  For example, in galleries I can't enable "only use albums".  I have no idea how or where these nodes are inheriting certain settings that are beyond even my control as a root admin, and that's a big problem.   I am asking a Club Leader to trust me to move his content, his members, and his loyalty over to me, yet these are the real challenges that I'm facing: his members aren't notified of new content; his members can't find content in 39 pages of albums; and his moderator and members can do whatever with whatever permissions they want because I can't control user, moderator, or node permissions.
