I'll update the plugin to reflect its compatibility soon, but you can manually install it for now without issue.

Any and every apps on the marketplace is made for the default theme, how are dev suppose to test on every theme? I would think that it is the theme dev that has to follow ips standard. 

4.4.10 is the last version that you can still download apps and plugins. After that it is all marketplace install.

v1.0.1 is pending approval, fixing the following:
Unable to select 'Guests' as the target group Modification to the JavaScript variables to fix a problem with them not being populated.

Reboot your server and check again, sometimes ips does not see it till after reboot.

Hi there,
I recently upgraded my test-install to version 4.5.4 and started installing my previously purchased apps and plugins. If I understood correctly, starting with version 4.5 there are no manual downloads from the marketplace from this site, I have to use the marketplace-integration in the acp of my forum.
But how can I review the code that is now running on my server? I have to know what it does to the server and to the data of the users. Somebody has to be responsible in the end and IPS states clearly that they are not responsible for any damages. A quote from the acp: "IPS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND YOU AGREE TO HOLD IPS HARMLESS FOR ANY POSSIBLE ISSUES CAUSED BY FILES DOWNLOADED FROM IPS MARKETPLACE. ?
Well - that is okay. But someone has to be responsible. In the end, it's me. How can I bring myself into a position where I can say "yes, I have seen all the files from that extension and I will take the responsibility" ? I have found new sub-folders in "/applications/" and "/plugins/". Is it guaranteed that all the files from apps and plugins are there and nowhere else?
What are your guidelines/recommendations for code-reviews of plugins and apps?

It's a shame about Spanner, this was a great integration and it was free.  What a nice guy to do all that work to help people.

Well, I just managed to fix it - it appeared it didnt like the classifieds directory in the'forum directory. It required a few uninstalls and reinstalls, some database tweaking, and some manual re-input to get it working again, but it does appear to work now :).

Nope. Still version 2 in the MP.
It's kindof annoying right now in that when we submit a new file, if we edit the description to go along with it, the new description is there, but not the new screens or the new file. Those latter 2 don't show up until the new file is approved.
 

Please send as message there is a new version of the plugin which you need to update to remove the copyright notice

@panzerscope In Group settings you can decide if a group Can access the Classifieds System and Can submit adverts without pay.

To be fair, he is only asking as Fosters did suggest an update would be out last weekend

To make it easier to navigate the marketplace for updates please add a 'My Purchases' option just as you have in the onsite Marketplace.  It makes it easier to find your purchases and renew them if required.  It seems like a no brainer to me and its omission may be an oversight or for some technical reason; either way, it would be good to have this option in the ACP 🙂
