I'm so far unable to reproduce this in Chrome or any browser. I'm just working on a new update for IPB 4.1.12 now and will see if I can see any possible causes. Do you know how many people are affected and is there any more information about them to try and help me reproduce this?

I know it's a pain but is it at all possible to disable all plugins and then check? I believe IPB now includes a disable all or re-enable all options to quickly do this. If still can't track it again, I'll look at adding a demo board with a fresh install that can be tested. As I'm having a very hard time reproducing this and right now my only theory is a possible conflict with another app or plugin.

Can I get the name of that theme or a site where it's currently installed to take a quick look? I've actually had this reported in a few custom themes, just working on a template edit that should cover most custom themes.

Videos must be HTML5 compatible (If you want me to double check a video is compatible, PM with me a copy). Adding media urls (YouTube, Vimeo, Vine and oEmbed supported sites) is the primary purpose.

Do you remember installing any plugins recently? The last time I saw this issue was due to a plugin conflicting the forms from 3rd party apps.

If you specifically need those exact amounts. A "reward" range created for each amount would be best. Alternatively you could enable a promotion amount per dollar/pound donated. So for example you could setup 3 or 4 days for every dollar/pound donated and that would equate equate to your above figures.

Can you see a videos > front > widgets section? The latest videos widget would be videosVideos.

For a full blown replacement? No, not now and probably not for some time. That particular app was built up over a number of years. Right now my app has only basic points support, hence the name.

Do you have ftp access for your forums? Right now the only way would be to manually remove the applications/donate/extensions/core/Profile/ folder. If there's further interest in this, I'll see about adding a setting for this.

I'll make a note of this for future mod ideas. I believe there shouldn't really be an issues on modifying the images. I'd just need to check if there was a way to properly hook into the javascript to have it load those images on view.

All the video template bits can be found in acp > theme editor > videos. If you need guidance on a particular location, let me know.

I've seen IPS use the title tag itself, can you point me towards what you see as the issue with them? Can then consider whether or not to remove them in the next update.

This plugin speeds up load times by replacing supported video embeds (YouTube) with preview images. Users can then view the video by clicking the preview image and the embed will load like normal via javascript.

v1 Features:

1. Speeds up page load times by preventing multiple video embeds from loading.
2. Works in the background on page load and regardless if javascript enabled browser or not.
3. Fall back code in place for non javascript browsers. User will simply be redirected to the videos page.
4. Clicking the preview image will automatically load the video embed again through javascript.
5. Choose which forums will support lazy loading of videos.
6. Choose which member groups will have videos lazy loaded.
7. Currently supported video sites: YouTube

Media urls and integration with the Videos application are the only supported formats as noted in the product description. The media urls are what ever oEmbed sites that IPB4 currently supports. This should be a rough list of the latest sites.
