Our community members have started to use the articles (databases) pretty extensively, but they often forget to post a main photo for the article. Forcing the mods to either remind them to do it, or save one of the photos and add it themselves. Is there any way we could just make the main photo field mandatory and make it pop a warning if the author forgets?

I've seen a few forums where they have a groups list included in their "Who's Online" widget. I've been looking through the ACP, and even looked through the widget's HTML code and can't figure out how to enable this. Any help would be appreciated! 🙂

Hi there, After being away from the office I've found out that my site is giving out a 500 error, the admin URL also gives a 500 error. I can however access my email fine. What are some suggested approaches to find the issue? Thanks all :)

Finally made the jump to 4.5 this morning but now I can't sign into Marketplace in the ACP which seems to be the only way to get plugins and themes now. I tried on two different browsers - Firefox and Safari. Still getting the same error. I have in a support ticket but no response on it. Anyone else have this issue and a solution?

Hey friends. This may have been asked before but I’m not finding this in search at all (although I do recall it being talked about!) Long ago when I was young and naive and using phpbb I installed my community into domain.com/forums thinking I would develop this great front end. Almost 16 years later after conversion to invision and having never actually done anything beyond the community itself, it’s time to bite the bullet, buy Pages, and take on some work I’ve wanted to do for literally a decade+. As title says, is it possible to change the size of only the closed spoiler without altering the size of when they are open? I'll make you an example, the point is that it doesn't take the whole line (which makes it ugly). As you can see, this is pretty much the size I would like the spoiler to have when closed. This is about 200px but I can change the size in the future, as this is an example. However, I would like the change to be only when closed, while when the spoiler is open it should have the normal size. I'm getting a feeling that this feature is exclusive to IPS's marketplace but I am in need of it as well and curious as to how its not in core. But the simple fact is how can I do this. I can't add a purchase through the ACP that I can find. Basically would love a Contributor's section like here on IPS so my members can also manage their personal items. I purchased your product about a month ago. After a week, my user status changed to client, but I still can't use the support section, and every time it gives an error message. I want to hide the name of the admins from the list of staff members, It only tells the bad guys which account to attack. I've had my site up for 2 weeks, not published yet, and is a private site, thus not searchable from search engine. Yet I have been locked out of my admin account 3 times now.

I'm having a problem creating a double column page. I want to columns where I imbed an image. I went to pagers, created new page, selected double column but it only allows me to add about 3 rows of double column blocks and then goes to single column., These are image columns. I'm trying to built a single page with about 26 pictures in two columns.

As you can see, when I upgraded the Browser button and Activity button are in the header where the logo goes. This is not a custom theme, it's the default IPS theme I've been using for years. If someone can assist me by pointing out where in the CSS is the code that I use to probably add a space or two between then to move that section down. I've been looking for almost two weeks to see if I could find it by myself. No luck. Thanks, Ivan

I've searched, also with Google, but can not find it. I want to doe a search for certain topics, select most of them and then move them to another category or forum part. For example, I want to search all topics with Foobar in the title, and I want to move most of them to a seperate forum called "foobar stuff". The search works, results are oke, but there is no option to select and move them??? I hope I'm looking at the wrong place to do it. How can this be done?

I want to offer a free downloadable white paper relevant to my site's topic (college sports recruiting). The goal of course is to create a mailing list of people interested in the subject. I feel like this might be a laughably simple question, but I'm new to all of this. Is there a plugin for this, or does the system have the capability built in? I have a Mailchimp account and I suppose I'd want to integrate with that somehow, but I'm open to other options. - Pat
