Is it possible to change the title of Guidelines page?

I'd like to be able to change the title of the Guidelines page to "Rules". Is it possible to edit that? Thanks!

Edit your language pack. Search for "Guidelines" and change the terms there.

I can get to my Language pack, but there is no real editing. It's locked. Is that the problem?

Click the little globe icon to "translate" -- you'll want to translate the phrase you're seeing (search for "guidelines," assuming you're using English) to be whatever word or phrase you'd like instead.
