Small tweak here. But on the login form below the username text area there should be a link that says "Register for an Account" like how there is "I've forgotten my password" under the password field. Small tweak, but will enhance usability for those new-comers.

Hello. I just want to post my impressions to the new editor. At first ... well done. Let's point at the actual editor: The sidebar is a goot idea to move all the information into. But it makes the whole editor overloaded. That brings me to the idea ... make the options sidebar hidden by default and expand it by cklicking on a button to this view. Actually how it is working in 3.1 at the bottom. :) This will make the look more clean and easier to use. You won't need all these options all the time. Second ... where is the smiley bar? It seems to be that the poup is forced? I rather like the static sidebar for smileys. Simply most boards use the :keyword: and po…

We watch sports on my site and people fade in and out all the time. 1/2 the chat is filled with these notices. We should be able to toggle that on and off.

I know this has been requested numerous time before, myself included, some of us wish to be able to better combine multiple forums. I run six forums, if I could share certain subforums etc between domains, it'd be a massive, massive boon. Is there anything in the 3.2 framework that will assist in this? I'm thinking maybe a revamped IP.Converge or something similar.

From the recent blog entry I read that you will "follow" content rather than "like" it - is that the case? or does it just apply to topics / forums? I didn't see any reference or screenshots to a "like" link for posts - is that something that is going to be discussed later on, or is it simply not present in 3.2 - will I be able to simply "like" what someone has posted in 3.2? Thanks, Shaun :D

Ticket Support via ACP would be a great feature for IP.Board. Just like the IP.Nexus Ticket support! i dont think this will be hard to make something like that for ACP!.

How do you add a recurring event (example meeting) that happens every second Tuesday of every month at 8 PM? You can't! This would be a handy feature indeed to add to the Calendar in that I have users that meet for certain events every other Tuesday or a every second Thursday of every month at a certain time. Rather than enter this for the entire year on separate entries, you enter once and your done! Many thanks. JB

Check the video below. I like how you can broadcast a message to a specific or all visitors on the site and push notifications, made possible using the V8 Javascript. Drupal rocks, hope some of the modules and features will make it to a future release. :D http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UV8lbdJfESg

Have an option in the admin CP to disable the member list, calendar etc. You can do it yourself easily by modifying the php but after every update you have to do it again. Would be convenient.

There are many users out there that use screen resolutions of 1024x768, or lower. I would like to make a request that IPS developers remember to check that anything they do also works properly at at least 1024x768.

For those who viewed the 3.2 preview on the first day, the User Profile displayed five or six tabs. The first was User Information. The second was Wall. The third was About Me. That night, the preview was taken down and the next day, it reemerged with the tabs changed, this time showing User Information and then Status Updates. Wall is becoming such a common term that it is instantly recognizable. Do you think the usability is better to show Wall or do you think Status Updates is better?

Thank you for the 3.2 preview. Good work. IMHO IP.B should rethink presenting listing of users (Members tab). In 3.1 and 3.2 each item takes too much space and forces users to scroll a lot. Also more packed users' listing should provide better impression of having rich and dynamic community. Moreover overall usability would be improved (now we have to look on the left to find who we need and then move cursor to the far right to click on an action). It would be great to have members lists style (also in user searching) look more like Friends in current user profile view (more FB-like, just a photo + actions). In general IPS should move step by step away from typical fo…

As a new client, I've been making quite a few silly support tickets (and will prolly do a lot more :) ) Everytime, the response time has been outstanding and the actual answers extremely helpful! So thanks IPS and special shoutout to Mark Higgins! :D

I just read your 3.2 blog entry and I realized you are spending a great deal of time and effort making content more visible to users. Your ideas are great, and I believe I some great suggestions to accomplish this goal. I hope you strongly consider my suggestions, they are of most value for the following reasons: 1. Allow users to find content that is of value to them. 2. Allows users to find interesting content that may be of value to them per forum. 3. Allows users to view and read what is "going on" on the forum in a much faster and effecient manner. I think it would be a good idea for IPB to move forward to web 2 0 information display standards and reorgan…

Please, return the "user info" states back to the topic view. While it may have been seen as not very useful, I've found it very helpful ... I just miss this feature as I noticed it was missing in the IPB 3.2 test board. I agree that the "interests" feature was useless, but, the members on my forums like having this "brief user stats" attached to their user info.

Do to banning spammer Ips I filled up the ban filter and get a out of memory error when going to the ban filter. So I think it would be good if there was some sort of pagination so it does not try and show the whole list causing this error.

anyone else feel the same way.. I log into my client area today to download the latest IP.Gallery to ensure the bugs are ironed on the latest install only to find our download has expired. So, unless i re-new my Gallery licence im having to stick with the bugs in the current release! im not complaining about the fee or having to re-nw but why isn't software that has bugs not being made available for download at least? I don't mind re-newing to gain extra features but the bug fixes should be made available for download for that particular software, even if your licence has expired... I love IP software and will continue to use it moving forward but makes me feel like…

Hi Sorry for my English 1. I think the 'Update in Facebook/Twitter' checkbox should be checked in places we can update our status. This make the community more social. Think about it. Again. 2.

Hello, it is possible to make a dropdown menu tutorial for 3.2, or just make a drop down, and let members decide to use it or not(if they do, they can add links and so on)?. :P

After we moved to a dedicated server I started to receive error messages for notification emails sent to permanently failed addresses. Some had subscription on new topics in our most active forum and not been logged in for more than 5 years.... Thousand, maybe millions, of notification emails have been sent out to failed addresses, most probably users that are not longer active. My suggestion is to add an automated procedure which remove all email notification on members that have not been active for a given period of time. Or better, remove all kind of notification as I guess that PM and inline also cause some system load. (maybe added to the Daily Clean Out task)

I would like to know if there is any chance for CSP out-of-box support in IPB 3.2.
