Ticket Support via ACP would be a great feature for IP.Board. Just like the IP.Nexus Ticket support! i dont think this will be hard to make something like that for ACP!.

There's a Technical Support link in the ACP which takes you to the logon screen for your client area or is that not what you meant? :)
