I think it would be great if, as Admin, I could manually have members (or perhaps even groups?) Follow a forum, Club, gallery, etc. using the existing Follow menu with an added admin-only option. I use the Clubs module to create private spaces for my work with clients, and thus it's essential that they receive notification when I post or reply in their spaces. It's easy enough to show them how the Clubs components work, but it would save some time (for me anyway) if, as Admin, I was able to manually add them. Basically, if I don't show them how to click Follow they won't do it (which poses issues for time-sensitive projects). I can always log in as a member and cli…

Hi, In IP.Commerce, when selling recurring products, one of the main issues we face is credit card expiration 💳. When this happens, the payment fails; an email is sent, but as it often ends up in spam, the customer only sees it too late. Would it be possible to notify customers when their credit card is about to expire, for instance 7 days before? Thank you!

Hi Invision, In IPS.Commerce, I often encounter the following situation for recurring subscriptions: A customer receives an email telling him that his card has been declined (this happens quite often, for example if the card has expired). However, it turns out that this customer has registered two cards in his account… and very often, the transaction with the 2nd card is accepted without incident. The problem is that the customer has received the email: he thinks there has been a problem, and that his subscription is no longer valid. In my development with clients (database development - totally different then here ) we have a concept of a Development server and Production server, and we also have a Staging server. With feature requests and bug fixes I work on the Dev server it may have a sample set of data contains all the new schema and logic. Then I can migrate a clone of the Dev version merge it with data from live in to the staging and then have client test, once approved I can move Logic and Schema from the Development to the Production server preserving production data. Please modify the search box in this screen to search and return user-entered "Translation" values (as opposed to only the original IPS keys/text). We have extensive custom translation phrases entered, but unless we keep a separate log of which IPS-native key values were changed, they are forever lost in the ether, unless you want to manually slog through vast numbers of pages hoping to accidentally stumble upon the one you're looking for. Since those user-entered values are obviously stored in the DB, they should be searchable, right?

I would like to be able to stay in compliance with COPPA to verify users are 13 years of age or older (or whatever age is determined) while also not storing birthdays to the member profile. There used to be a marketplace plugin that did this but now all the plugins simply enhance the age verification part but still store the birthday in the birthday field. I can disable birthdays so we can maintain privacy but I would like it to ask for birthday on registration, only to perform the check if they are 13 or older, then simply flag the account in a hidden field that has uses a COPPA status "Under 13 (if COPPA registration is enabled), 13-17, and possibly 18+" for forums that…

Hello, It would be great to have WYSIWYG editors to edit the email templates and wrappers. Right now, it's just impossible. A simple thing like editing the footer of the welcome email or the confirmation email sent to new members, is just impossible unless you know a little bit of CSS/HTML. The Commerce module has the footer/header WYSIWYG editor, that's the way it should be for all email templates. But it's not the case, unfortunately. Hi, for me at least, current format to show a topic item still isn't best, it always leave blank space left and right. I would like to suggest below format: First row or section, it can be placed these elements: 1. User Avatar. Occupy 20% of the row length. 2. Elements of topic informations. Occupy 80% of the row length. Second row or section, after all others elements moved to first section, we have more space to place Topic Tittle without leaving left and right space blank. Please bring config allowing to set how product will appear on invoice (name). This is required because of different business models and more strict law rules in different countries. Often happens that we need to state on invoice, in pretty detailed way, what we sell and including e.g. a word like "subscription" becomes a requirement where in product name we may not want to have that word. Additionally, it would be nice if you could add config like: "Invoice Item Details" to allow us to include more details in invoices about specific product. I attempt to configure time and dates display in my board. I can see it uses selected OS LOCALE. This is nice, however it use locale as whole. Can you bring ability to use specific parts of different locales, so we can se e.g. LC_TIME, LC_MONETARY, etc individually? In language files I can see format for DD, MM and YYYY but seems commerce does nto respect that, it uses LOCALE settings.

I think the process is a bit putting cart before the horse. I would love to see the process workflow better: user purchases Advertisement spot and terms and conditions. makes payment takes them to a page for them to provide content (artwork / url) doesn't require them to have assets prior to purchase. admin approves advert go live date renewal starts Also when user wishes to modify url or assets they should be able to manage this during active campaign. When they submit replacement the system should pause while pending admin approval.

Thanks @Marc Stridgen for great help. Applied now and they are working good. Any way to increase profile pic size by 200% in mobile device as badge is so miniscule that no one will ever notice it. This is exact same width showing on my 6 inch Samsung Note and iPhone.

There's currently no option to set icons being maskable or not. And IPB, by default doesn't set the maskable attribute. Google Lighthouse Audit as such doesn't rate the PWA setup as optimized. Would be great to either set it by default in the manifest file, or add an option for us to set the maskable attritbute ourselfs. https://web.dev/maskable-icon-audit/?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=devtools Of course, this isn't just about Google Lighthouse Rating improvement, but it also allows us to mask the icon 😉

It would be awesome to see, as part of optional functionality, in downloads a way to build a download file archive in real time from specified (via config) local folder. Let's say we provide something like full latest package of some product we offer. Instead preparing that manually and individually for each version and reuploading it via Downloads submission form, it would be best that system would build such archive from files located on the host at specific location. Please add possibility to manually reorder uploaded files within downloads entry. This is useful when providing next versions of files within same revision and wanting to have them in specific order. You may say to upload them in desired order but when wanting to re-upload specific file within record and keep order of files there is a need to remove files uploaded after the file we want to replace and then upload them back after replaced file. You introduce dragging everywhere it is useful, hope you will consider it there too.

Hello, This has been in the back of my mind for a while now: for the IP address information screen, do we really need a grid layout of big honkin' numerals for display name changes, reports, registrations, etc. (which in some cases extends a fair ways down the page)? Personally, I find that because the layout is so distracting it's a bit more difficult to track down specific information (I end up looking not for the headings, but at which numbers aren't 0). Could I suggest something a little plainer and more direct, like an alphabetised list of IP use cases followed by the number of instances? Maybe those values which aren't 0 could be boldfaced so they stand …
