Better Format of Topics items

Hi, for me at least, current format to show a topic item still isn't best, it always leave blank space left and right. 

I would like to suggest below format:

First row or section, it can be placed these elements:

1. User Avatar. Occupy 20% of the row length. 

2. Elements of topic informations. Occupy 80% of the row length. 

Second row or section, after all others elements moved to first section, we have more space to place Topic Tittle without leaving left and right space blank. And benefit in case if that topic contain some tags, there will be okay leaving a third section to show tags or others stuffs. 

I'm gladly if anyone can share their help to accomplish that format before IPS team implement it.
