I know this has been discussed before (somewhere), but I'd like an option for to switch around the main title and catchline/secondary title of one's website for the generated title of site pages...at least for the homepage? I get the logic behind having each generated site page list the site area first, then the title (e.g., "Forums - LiquidFractal"), but my current homepage simply includes the catchline first, then the site ("Crystallising Open Learning - LiquidFractal"). This really doesn't look very nice, so I was hoping I could switch them around at least for the homepage, which would look better in searches, bookmarks, etc. since my business lists them the othe…

Hi, The default for language string ensure_signature_restrictions is "Please ensure your signature complies with the following restrictions" I would suggest you throw in a reference to the guidelines when this message is shown too, which I've chosen to do in my translation. Reason was members sort of chose to misunderstand the page. My chosen translation would be this in english: Please ensure your signature complies with the <a href='{internal.app=core&module=system&controller=guidelines}'>guidelines</a> and the following restrictions

Hi. All rights are setted, for all users, icluding guests. But guests still can't to use support requests on site. What can be a reason? It's not 4.6.9 error, it also was in previous versions. Error: Oops! The page you are trying to access is not available to guests, but may be available if you sign in.

Visual design To be up to par with similar documents being communicated to customers elsewhere in our digital world, the document templates (commercial and non-commercial) needs a modernization refresh anno 2022. Admin customization All needs are not created equal. So an ability for the non-programmer Admin to easily customize these documents, e.g. through a WYSIWYG editor as today exists for the commercial documents, or in some other way, is needed. I understand why Invision prioritized the commercial templates with its legal requirements and implications when implementing this. But that is now a while ago, as I understand it.

And a plugin to make it look like a social media stream, sort of like a facebook stream or a twitter stream, where you see photos, video, and nicely formatted text. And a text box on top of this stream so members can write status updates to the community.

It would be nice if we could select images as options in a poll. I've had a few different situations where it would have been helpful to have an image as an option, but instead I had to create text of "Option 1", "Option 2", and then link the images deeper down in the topic. While this works, it does not work well to embed the poll on the homepage, etc as you don't have context without reading a thread.

My needs/desires for the purposes of this posting are in regards to the 'Pages' application. For the, App > Invision Community "Action Event," there are three options for 'Create' with regard to the Database section of options. Those being, "Create Pages Database Record", "Create Pages Database Record Review" and/or "Create Pages Database Record Comment". It would be nice if there was an ability to "Create an edit of a Pages Database Record". Basically amounting to an overwrite of an existing record. While not what I had originally hoped to be able to do with the Zapier integration, WRT the Pages application, I can make this work for what …

In System -> (Settings) Posting -> General -> Attachments, there is no option referring to Audio. And when looking at the allowedFileExtensions function in System\Helpers\Form\Editor.php, the 'media' choice doesn't merge in \IPS\File::$audioExtensions As such, the only way to allow someone to upload audio files is to either use 'All' or the 'Allowed file extensions' Similar situation to when I brought up video upload added to 4.3 In addition, you don't appear to account for audioExtensions in the _addAttachmentsToContent function in System\Content\Api\GraphQL\ContentMutator.php, while accounting for videoExtensions there.

Just putting this out there as a core inclusion, to improve the Geolocation against member registrations and posts. The current Maxmind implementation is totally ineffective, and the Google integration does not override this. This feature request comes by way of the support discussion here:

A humble recommendation concerning zero invoices. Sending a zero invoice to confirm and document the free trial agreement - including the customer's important acceptance of the communities Terms & Conditions during the trial - I would say is the way to go. I would also expect that there is a law somewhere in the world that makes such zero invoice agreement documentation mandatory. That is speculation, though.

Hello, I was wondering if you had any plans to enable the creation of Commerce Product Groups which are only visible to/accessible by certain member groups? I see some organisational benefits to this, as in my specific case (and I presume others) it would save having to tweak individual products if you only want them visible to certain groups. It might also be a good promotional strategy to show people what they can't have unless and until they upgrade their membership etc.? Thanks!

We would like to begin using Alipay to reach more worldwide customers and not be bound to American systems: https://intl.alipay.com/ I believe Alibaba is something like 3x bigger than Amazon. I know this is supported somehow through Stripe, but the whole point is to be able to operate in the Asian system without going through American intermediaries.

I miss ability I had in IPB3, "last replied by me". Current filters does not allow to configure such, can't achieve it from current options. Instead I can configure last replied of any staff, what is not always an expected result.

This option located as per category you add on each database individually. Restricted Moderator Each database you create will be added to the Staff Restricted Moderator tab; however, you must provide access to any restricted staff group to all pages/databases '"Can See All Records", and this option should be shown on each database you add individually. This setting is incorrectly located, and it should be relocated or displayed on each database you add.

Hey guys, I was wondering if it would be possible to have a preview feature when a audio file is placed in the the download app. In this case I would charge for the download of an mp3 file but a potential customer should have the possibility for a preview. Many hosts have a limit of 200/300 emails per day. If an admin wants to contact all his subscribers he must be able to decide how many emails to send every hour or every day so as not to block the server or end up in spam.

We are using the Club function to create a space for a number of static pages (related to hospital support in Ukraine: https://99nicu.org/clubs/5-support-nicus-in-ukraine/). It would be great to be able to create sub-items in the menu, i.e. like a dropdown function. In the example above, we would like to group pages this way, to avoid too many items in the "main menu".

Hi, No real issue, improvement perhaps but I noticed that there are just a few CSS semi-bold font-weights of 600, such as the one that highlights the current active page in the primary menu, for embedded content titles and the semi-bold class itself, but the Google Fonts integration doesn't currently load that font; browsers make a best match or blend. I was surprised at the noticable visible difference when loading 600 using latest Firefox Win 10. Obviously but this won't be an issue at all if/when IPS eventually changes to the GF APIv2 and switch to Variable Fonts, but for now it can be improved for clearer legibility by loading value 600 in template > glob…

Hello, I am suggestion this feature: A user should be able to delete his account Alternatively, the user should be able to request a deletion from the administrator This is something that should be built-in the core. Users will have an option to disable/delete an account. It's the normal behaviour, like adding a new user or editing it. This is not possible at present, only via a plugin created by Adriano Faria.
