Hello, Some of my users on Android are reporting issues when they post, or more specifically when they attempt to reply by Quote Post. - Editor crashes when Quote Replying. - When they can make a post it leaves huge white space below the text they’ve posted. - Unable to edit a message after they post. Is there a solution to this on my end? Or from Invision?

Hi, after big update of our server and forum system we have problem with sending the mesages. When I reply someone, the reply is sent, but the site doesnt refresh a my text stays in the editor. Hello, What do you add as a password? Value or secret ID? I tried secret ID in password for Microsoft login and it didn't work. Also document says - create expiry never.. but i don't see that option. Hi, I've tried logging into my website which has been yonks since I last did and my 2FA isn't working so I've requested a password reset, not received it yet and checked PHPMYADMIN and my email address on there is correct (outlook) so possibly the email settings may be incorrect so an email isn't being issued. Anyway I can check the details via the database so I can get access to my site? Or disable 2FA via the database, my password is stored via my browser so that's fine. Many thanks!

I am migrating from bbpress and I had ranking based on the members' number of posts. Now that I have Invision, everyone seems to go back to zero, which is a little bit of a bummer for those who had hundreds or thousands of posts already. Is there a way to import their number of posts for ranking? If not, can I do something manual for them? It might be tedious, but I would at least want to reward the regular posters with a reasonable "rank" to start the year 🙂

I am using configuration - main server apache, cache server nginx. What is observed - (of course with the help of my host support) - When Redis recache data - the first byte of my site increases sharply over a second and a half. In the rest of the time, the first byte is within 150 - 450 milliseconds. Well, I turned off Redis - switched to file system.....data storage method. Oh wonder - first byte is now : 14- to 50 milliseconds...?!!? Tried different times with the other cache too - same crap - when sidebar cache is refreshed - first byte bounce again, over a second... Hello, A moderator flagged a few accounts as SPAMMERS making all their posts hidden. The problem is that some of the users have >1000 posts and they're not spammer, they probably had access to their accounts because of passwords leaks on the internet. Now I'm searching for a way to restore all the hidden posts/responses for these users, even if its through an SQL code, that would help us a lot. I don't even understand that such an option doesn't exist yet. Thanks in advance.

I recently found an Invision based Community (https://emby.media/community/)where reputation points are displayed in the account info at each post. HTML looks like this (call "reputation badge"): Is there an option in Invision, that I just can't find, to enable this or is this a custom extension?

I have a fully patched v4.7.0 running. I switched my server from PHP 7.4 to 8.0. When I did that, there was a 500 error in the browser. Hello, I've recently merged two boards and theres lots of user accounts that need to be merged. The problem I have is that after marging the user accounts, it seems like one of them is deleted and not merged at all. I have many posts and topics now created by "Guests", which are the accounts of users that needed to be merged into one. I am doing it by going to Members -> User -> Account actions -> Merge with another account -> I choose the user account and the one I want to keep. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm gathering some information and could use some help/support. I've inherited a semi-mess of our website we are currently running version 4.3 of Invision Community. I was wondering about a few items. Is it possible to upgrade from 4.3 to 4.7.5 (Self Hosted)? While performing this upgrade (beyond third party plugins or custom built items) would the core items continue to work without issues? I am assuming yes but better to ask then not. In the setting we are able to choose the login method username of email address, but the translation does not distinguish between those. That means users get confused and try to login using a username, though only email address has been set. It would be nice if you could change that.

When I click the "Edit HTML and CSS" button for a theme (any theme) I get an "Internal server error". I have tried to look for information in the error log for the server, but I can't find anything. I also tried to downgrade to PHP 8 from PHP 8.1, but that makes the whole site fail. I also tried to disable plugins to no avail. I have no idea what to do next.
