Hi, We are moving our forum to another server at the moment. Despite most of the import seem to be going well we are experiencing an issue on one page. We managed to load Admin panel after migration but then when we tried the Admin Panel > Something is not working correctly we ended up with a broken page showing the text on the attached file. We used to have support available via email I believe but seems like it's been removed and only option is to open a topic here? Could you please provide support to help us? Import issue.txt

We installed the maintenance update a few days ago and now our Calendar application is missing. It shows in the ACP under System/SiteFeatures/Applications as version 4.7.3, the same as our Forums and Downloads. However, it is just not showing up on the board.

Our forum is www.ourdomain.com and I'd like to get rid of the www in the address bar so it's just ourdomain.com. I tried using the change licensed URL button in the client area, and it said it was reset and to enter the license key into the forum, but the forum wouldn't let me enter the license key again, and the client area shows the domain with the www again already. I tried using .htaccess to redirect anyone who visited www.ourdomain.com to ourdomain.com, but the forum just tries to redirect them back to www and it causes a 500 error from too many redirects.

I am not sure if it is a feature (in which case I don't understand it) or a setting but when I want to post, I immediately see the field filled with my previous post that might have been 24 hours before. It is confusing me, and I am wondering how to get rid of that, why it is that way, and if members have the same thing. Can you help?

hello i have created new database for article and when im admin i see what i posted but when im just a simple guest i dont see it . i checked the permission for guest all was set normal which they can see but i don't no what happen .. thankyou see this post when im as admin but if i logout the phot of the cat are not showing ?

Is there a way to restrict guests from searching Members? We have a hacker who keeps looking for members who have never posted; then hacking into their account and posting spam. We've tried using the 'bad word filter' to block some words that are always used in these posts, but they just sail right through them. Is there some key to using the bad word filters that we are missing? Thanks for any advice you can give.

In a database record when the title is about 120 characters the link that comes with the email redirects at the home page. At the same record if we shorten the title it works as expected. Of course with titles with smaller character count we don`t have any problem. The issue remains from 4.6.11

Hi, No sure if you noticed but I get the issue every time I want to upgrade to new version. I follow normal procedure, chose to upload update pack manually and click next.. upgrader starts to see new files being outdated/modified, cannot proceed with upgrade then. Any advice?

I am seeing this error code and the message "Oops! The area you are attempting to access is currently offline. Please try again later." when trying to access my main forum page. I can still see the All Activity page but not the actual forums page. This is since upgrading to the latest version. Any idea how I can resolve this?

I have not been able to upgrade my IP, issues going from php 7.4 to 8.1. So I'm starting from scratch to see if I can resolve those issues first, then see if I can upgrade or if I'll just have to manually move everything over. Starting from scratch, I get the following error: If I check my PHP Extensions it shows gd is selected: When I submitted a ticket to my host they said it is enabled already. I am not sure what I'm missing or how to proceed from here now.

Greetings, At least twice now, all the clubs on my forum (and there are quite a few) have been updated with the same exact "Last Activity" timestamp. This makes sorting the clubs by Latest Activity worthless. As the admin, I am not doing anything that would cause this, nor is anyone else. We just added our new test url according to instructions and launched the forum on the final version on our test url. We are working to move from old server to this new server and one issue we are having is that the theme is not working properly. I wanted to install an alternative theme to try and wanted to sign in to marketplace. When I try to login I am not getting authorised. Could you please help?

Our members lately have been getting email notifications that they have replies to their topics, all is well there, but within the email it also states they should visit the topic and mark an answer with a solution. This is odd as these forums do not have "Solved" enabled. This is confusing to many. See screen shot below from reporting member. There at this point several reporting this issue. Invision Community v4.7.2.1

Hello, I've recently tried to send a bulkmail to a certain group of users and got this error: 4C143/1 Server did not accept message for delivery but provided no error message. Around 15% of the group members got their emails and then the error occured. What may be the problem?

So, I got storage setting to work with Wasabi after some setup but now my transfer of files have been stuck at 54% since almost two weeks back (72% after I changed path), moving from Amazon S3 to Wasabi. I've verified that cron is working and tried to start the transfer manually with no success. I've managed to unlock the process and change back to S3 which started another file move that completed and I've tried to download files from my site which seems to point to the now correct path on S3. My question is if I somehow can cancel the process that keeps getting stuck even after I've unlocked it since there seem to be a conflict with it and the other file move t…

I have recently tried to add Recent achievements into my dashboard but the data seems all wrong. I know for a fact that some members have increased ranks for example in the last month but none are showing up. Only data from December, nothing in January. It seems to only be pulling in data from one group of users (in my case ex members). Is there a setting I have missed? Thank you
