We have had a number of complaints that our forum is not available, it is an AWS hosted forum. I can access the site without any issues from South Africa and have also tested with a VPN and in most cases can connect. One of our team also cannot access this forum and gets an error message. Any help with this will be appreciated.

I'm getting messages from users saying the site is down for Firefox, and I'm using Safari and can't access my admin page at all. I haven't yet updated to the latest version but I'm on the most recent version prior to that. Anyone else experiencing this? Seems to work on Safari if I got into the Private Browser mode. No idea why.

So, when I follow instructions to set this up: I end up with a blank box in the checkout instead of any pay option. I am using Stripe for cards and that works fine. Is it something simple? Do you need a fresh API and fresh webhook for every Stripe payment option you use. such as Card, Browser Features..., and Alipay?

Hello, I just posted a new topic to be published tomorrow morning at 7:00. I decided to make it public now. I edited the post, ticked the immediate checkbox and Edit Topic. It doesn't work. The topic is still "unpublished". I edited it again and the post is still scheduled for tomorrow 😞 I am running 4.7.7 beta 2. Thanks

We have a problem with the date of blog entries. When I make a change to an old blog post and save it, the publishing date is changed to today. The old publishing date should be retained.

In our community (member.campernomads.net) we no longer can create events for the (private) clubs. If we try, we will only get to the general calendars that are available for all to see, but cannot choose to create an event for the club. I already did all upgrades, but this error still occurs 😞

Hi, Not sure that is still the thing in 4.7 due to this change but I'm still on 4.6 and the issue was present even before that version. So reporting just in case: If there is "more important" message on top, Templates and CSS browsing is not available: "Less important" message does not produce the effect: If the message will be closed then the items are available again. The big issue is the message is blocked by IPS to be closed. Then .. adblock / other content blocker has to be used to target the message...
