Are you intending to provide this feature to all your users? Unfortunately, that was not intended to do with this feature so you may hit some bumps in the road. However, I have reported this internally as these permissions should be separate for a moderator.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

I think I just got lost. Where can I find these settings in the ACP?

This is a moderator permission

ACP => Members => Moderators , under the Content Tab

I swear: no. I can't find. And I can neither as moderator nor as admin set a publish date in future.

And I also swear: I used to be able to do that.

Which site is this referring to? I can then take a look for you

The moderator permission is there on the content tab if restricted, but all your moderator entries are not restricted. So everyone should be able to set this. Could you let me know who you are logged in as?

I'm logged in as Claudia.

Those settings are indeed present in your admin CP. All your moderators, as mentioned, have full permissions. So unless you set them as restricted, you wouldn't see that, as they already have the permission.

But in "Articles" for example I don't have the possibility to set the date. There's only an expiry date for publishing but not for publishing in future.

I'm looking for the possibility to set a future date. It's enabled but in Articles I only see the expiry date field.

Im not sure why you are looking in the admin CP there. Its on the front end when you create a new article or any other database record

Ah! Sometimes I'm editing articles in ACP and I thought there the field has to be too.
