So basically my featured topic section should have a grid of images such as this: But its currently looking like this: It's also creating the same effect when I'm editing a post: Any idea whats causing this to happen or how i can fix it? I've noticed my site has been acting weird lately as well...images not being found like in the picture above. Pages loading slowly or never at all etc. Thanks!!

Hello, I've sent in a support ticket outlining this in detail. However, it doesn't seem like the support staff really read my email so I'm posting it here. Hopefully I can get help faster here. I have an elearning course and use amember to protect it. They offer a plugin to integrate invision 3.0 with amember for SSO. I had asked if that would work with the cloud version and saw in the forums that you can make SSO work with cloud. So I bought a cloud package and spent about a day customizing it. Then you guys transferred it do my domain. Now it seems it doesn't work with SSO (or at least not the amember plugin I already bought). The guy on your support staff said I'd need…

Hello, I am using IPB 4x and Pages.. I am trying to create a custom form that will allow people to apply to join my gaming clan. I have created a recruitment database with the following fields. Battlelog NameAgeWhy do you want to joinDo you have Teamspeak?How would i compose a custom form that includes these various database fields and submits into the database.. also is it possible to setup any kind of workflow when the submission is approved, it adds the user to various groups?

4.0.13 has caused a lot of issues. I cannot edit existing products and have the headings change to reflect the change.... So...... just tried to ADD a new product... (My intention is to add new product description etc to replace the broken ones, then delete the broken ones) It seems Nexus is broken as I can only add description, and image for New Products and nothing else... such as add price etc.... Client Support have not told me anything... They have all the access details, yet all I get is a notice in the backend telling me that its being looked at 3 days and no idea of whats going on as they are just not telling me anything..... I paid for ... what?

I'm currently running some testing through Internet Explorer 8 and I'm finding 2 console errors causing the the js to break. One being an 'Expected Identifier' in root_framework.js and 'ips.controller is null or not an object' in global_global_core.js. I have of course not modified these files. I can post exactly where the error is in the files but I was wondering first if there was something obvious that had to be enabled/disabled debug-wise to get it to play nicely with IE8. If not has anybody had issues like this before?

I'm using the 4.0 suite now and I'm not seeing an option to offset the first couple of articles in a feed. Anyone know why this was removed? And, more importantly, anyone know how to add an offset?

Just switched to a new webserver on a new host and I'm trying to enable caching. I originally started out with XCache since it was compatible with the most versions of PHP, but found reports saying that it doesn't install correctly through easyapache on cPanel. So I removed it an enabled eAccelerator, everything compiled fine and ran without any errors. When I login the admin cp, and goto the data storage, all the caching options are disabled as if they're not installed. I even tried restarted the apache service, and no change. Anyone have any ideas as to why all of my caching options are disabled, or what I can do to enable at least one of them? Not really picky on which…

I am getting the following error during the upgrade process -- retry does nothing but does give me a "Continue" but I am afraid if I continue something will go wrong: Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes (EDITED)/forums/applications/core/sources/Setup/Upgrade.php::655(NOTE: "(EDITED)" above is simply me removing my structure information)

Hi there, I developed an app which works fine for logged in members. However, when I try to load the app as a guest, I get the following error: Error code: 2S100/2. Which adds a text saying that the app is not enabled for guests. This is the first app I developed with this weird behaviour, my other apps work fine. Do you have an idea of what could be happening here? How can I give my guests rights to load this app? Is there a way to get custom field info into the notifications sent by Commerce? The email specifically is the one in this general format: As admin I have access to the store back end and can always follow links to get the details. However very often in our situation the package is an event registration. I add a notification email to the package so the organizer can have visibility of activity related to their event. But the notifications don't really provide enough of the information they actually need, which is typically in a custom field: name of attendees, workshop type or level, names of dogs, competition class entered, etc. If there is no way to do this, co…

My forum has just advised me that since the latest upgrade, the Tapatalk links are going to different forum posts thanthe ones they should As it was fine before the latest upgrade (yesterday), I can only conclude that it is the forum that causing the issues. (perhaps I am wrong) All I can say is that this upgrade has really messed up a lot of things that where pre latest upgrade, all working fine. Client Support have been notified but it seems new things are cropping up and I will first post them here, then report them with support

I've just filed this as a bug report, but thought I'd post it here too, to see if anyone had a quick workaround... It seems the Edit Comment function works nicely via AJAX, but when you open the link in a new tab, it creates a page which is badly formatted. It doesn't have a page title, there's not background to the elements - basically it seems to be the AJAX form stuck on its on page. Here's what it looks like when you edit via AJAX - fine... But here's when you edit a comment in a new tab - not so fine... Yet when you edit the first post in a topic, you get a much nicer-looking page, with a title and everything... Does anyone have a solution here?

In IPB3 I could collect all the customer's data using the following code $info = $this->DB->buildAndFetch( array( 'select' => '*', 'from' => 'nexus_customers', 'where' => "member_id={$memID}" ) );This created a very neat array with all the customers data. For example: $info['cm_first_name'] info['cm_address_1']; I do not know how I can replicate something similar in IPS4. I am guessing it will be something along the lines of \IPS\Db:: etc...Does anyone know how this can be done? Much appreciated.

Hi, I noticed that the staff page is not the full width. I am not sure when this issue happened as I have not had mods in the past, but the sites been busier, so I have some and took a look at the page. It takes up about 2/3 of the page. http://squarewheelscycling.com/index.php?/staff/
