I've got users that can't get the editor box to diplay in messaging and the only common factor is Chrome running on Windows 10. Edge works fine as does Chrome on OSX. Anyone else experienced this? I've already applied all current patches and am up to date.

I'm using Windows 10 Home Insider Preview Build 10547 and Google Chrome every day without any problems with editor
