Hi, I have an emoticon set that shows text and it's difficult to read with the current emoticon row count. Each row currently hardcodes 7 emoticons to each <div>. Is there a way to change that? Here's what I'm trying to do:

Hello, There are several instances where Record Image simply isn't cutting it. For one, you cannot alter its position in the Custom Field list. For some reason, it is hard coded to the bottom. This makes it confusing for members when they see that post additional images, and then see that they have another button at the bottom asking for images. Currently, I have two image upload buttons setup. One is for Upload Primary Image, and another for Upload Additional Images. I would like to replace the record_image with my custom image, however I don't understand the proper syntax to code it properly. How would I replace: <a href="{$record->url()…

I'm running into an issue that I can't seem to figure out which setting stops this but: I have another member on my site who has partial admin rights and can post articles on the front page. My problems is that whenever he posts an article, he can't edit it or anything due to the articles becoming locked. I mean, due to my rights on the site, I can do whatever but for him, he has to wait for me to change whatever is needed so that he can edit it or I'll have to do the editing for him. What I want to know which setting do I change so that the articles would stop locking for him (or for any other admins I make)?

Hi guys, There is one particular forum in our community that the moderadors want to have a database of canned replies, only accessible to them, so when users post there, they would simply choose a reply from a drop-down menu. I think this could be achieved through the multi-moderation feature; however, they need to have the ability to add/delete/edit these canned replies, and AFAIK, multi-moderation configuration is only accessible through the ACP. Any ideas of how we could accomplish that? Of course, ultimely we can hire a developer to create an app or plugin for that, but I want to check if there isn't a solution available already. Yesterday, we upgraded our forum software to v4.1.6.1, and now users can no longer start new topics. When they do, they get an error that looks like this: So clearly, the application is running out of memory, but why on that file? And how can we fix it short of increasing our memory allotment (which will almost certainly cost more money)? All other operations and functions (e.g., posting replies on existing topics) seem to be working just fine.

When installing a plugin like Who Was Online, I see reference to using the Block Manager to enable it.. but I cannot seem to find that block manager for the forums. Similarly there are a few other plugins that I have downloaded, and installed, but it seems like there is an additional area I need to go to to force them to display, etc., but I can't find any documentation on where exactly to go. Are there any additional hints that can be offered with respect to configuring some of the generic plugins (primary things like city/state, visitor count lists, newest members, etc) to display properly after the plugin has been installed?

I've tried uploading several different logos w/ different sizes and file extensions (PNG, JPG). Result is the same, logo becomes blurred. It's not sharp like the raster file. What should I do? Thanks.

I'm creating an application which displays a template when my custom template tag is used. It works fine on my dev install, and I successfully tested it on a fresh local install, but on our big test site the template tag is not being recognized at all. To clarify, my template tag looks like this: {myawesomewidget='123'} When I insert the tag into a template it should output a template containing my awesome widget: -------------MY AWESOME WIDGET------------ But on our big test site it outputs the unaltered template tag: {myawesomewidget='123'} So somehow it just fails to parse it. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

Is there a way to have a block show or some type of announcement that will show to members based on post count. I am looking to have some text displayed in a block to members with 0 or 1 post. Just wondering if I missed something. I know I can do a custom block and assign certain member groups to see it only so I know I can do it that way but it is a bit of setup to do it and was hoping there was something I could do just based on post count to keep it simple. I don't see any area of users to input their city and state. So a 2 part question. How do I integrate the Geolocation software to display city and state with users profiles (probably best thing to do), or How can i integrate that info into the user profile, and then display it? I'm just setting up my forum, and I have two key requirements for galleries: 1. Images in galleries must be in a particular order (by title) and this order has to be fixed. The images are training slides and they need to be sequential. I am aware that control over the default sort order isn't currently an option in the gallery set up (but is available in the album). 2. I need to have the 'sort order' button disabled/removed when viewing a gallery, so that the order remains fixed and no other sort options can be selected by members. Can the above be done with help from a developer, or are they impossible? Any advice is welcomed, as this is a deal breake…

I've tried to setup a CRON task on godaddy which is where I am hosted. I've copied the command line that is given in the ACP when you switch to CRON and plugged that in on the cron task scheduler. I've set it up as instructed, to run every minute. Just about every hour I get this as an email report: Fatal error: Class 'IPS\rules\tasks\ScheduledActions' not found in /home/xxxxxxxxxxx/public_html/system/Task/Task.php on line 600 Why am I getting that, and what can I do to fix it. I've shut off the CRON stuff for now as I understand if it isn't working correctly it can cause havoc on my site.

Hi guys, I am kind of curious as the "Similar Content Block" uses the tag system to show similar topics / records etc. The problem I have.. We use our Pages for publishing our news posting them to our homepage (article database) and make use of the funciton to sync the post/comments with one of our forums. So.. Problem: Tagging the article in pages automatically tags the thread in the forums as well. With similar content block used it shows now always 2 entries with the same topic and is therefore some kind of useless. Where can I edit the code for this block so forums are not parsed and records only?? Any IPS Solution (more settings/customzing in Block) planned…
