I have a virtual product (VIP membership) for $10 and i want to increase the price to $15 - i have created a new product for the $15 and will give members the opportunity to upgrade to this. my question is what happens to their paypal billing agreements that have already been set for the $10 product - do they also upgrade to renew at the $15 price ?? thx in advance bern5

I purchased a theme that is the size of 5.25, and when im in my adminCP, in the theme upload section, it says that my upload max size is only 2mb....can someone walk me thru the steps on how to change the theme upload size limit?

Okay, So I am contacting you guys now for help. I am transfering to a new webhost since i am recently on hostgator. I purchased a new hosting and when i transfer everything like update my name servers and uploaded my backup that was in my public_html i get a full error, It shows the community but everything else is broken idk what is going on please can you help!

Has anyone noticed since the last update the quote this button not working like it use to? When you highlight text it appears way lower, and even will skip around on the screen. I thought it was just my site, but I even see it happening here on these forums. To try it yourself go to any post and highlight some text and wait for the "quote this" to appear. It will be way lower than normal and bounce around if you scroll down etc. This is using the latest Firefox. This is one my work machine, haven't had a chance to try it at home yet. Does this happen for anyone else?

Hey, i'm using the build in google authentificator as 2FA since it has been added. Never had any issue until today, it says all the time: Waiting for a new code It does not change over 10 Minutes until it reaches the end, then it changes to an input field, but at that time the session has expired already. Anyone got an idea whats causing it? Greetings

For some reason, no matter how many notifications I receive the title bar shows only one. Does anyone else has this problem? Can you please like and reply on this post (I am not trying to cheat the leaderboard, lol) so I can see if the number of notifications will be more then one in title bar.

I'm having a rather small problem that I need help with. A staff member on my site has told me that none of the news articles we post on the site ever shows up when doing a search on Google, Bing.....well, pretty much any search engine. So, how does this work? A user was looking at a past leader who changed. They were in first place for yesterday, then we think a user who had been away for the day came on and liked a bunch of the third place persons posts and now they are in first place for yesterday. What is the timing for Likes as they apply to Past Leaders? Does it ever get locked in? Can I go back to posts from a user from a week ago and Like all of their posts for that day and change the Past Leader? Thanks

Hello, I am wondering about this: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/sitelinks-searchbox With our old platform, when googling "Clube do Hardware" (the name of our website), Google would combine the results and show a new search box under them. Now with IPS, this isn't happening anymore. I just notice an odd problem today. On some of the text links (circled in the image below) when hovering over them, the member's hovercard does not display, only a message saying "There was a problem loading this content." You can also see that in the image. If I hover over the member's avatar the member's hovercard displays as expected. What would be causing this?
