Is there a way to set polls to not show who voted for what option? I have public polling option turned off in ACP and for some reason it's still showing who voted for what option.

Administrators role will always able to see who voted for what option no matter what it is a public poll or not because it was cofigured in the ACP > Members > Moderators > Administrator group. If you want to exclude yourself and other administrators for seeing these, just disable it.
