In the latest Invision Community release (4.7.13), I have tried to use the 'Copy to Database' feature of the Pages application. I selected the 'Copy Posts?' option and 'Use original author?'. When I submit, I see the following error suggesting there is a syntax error in a DB query: Note I've removed some paths and sensitive info. When adding a Date Field to a database that stores revisions, the comparison shows the timestamp rather than a formatted date. Here's an example: A revision showing the above doesn't help, especially if the user doesn't know that that "weird number" is actually a timestamp. A formatted date using the member's locale should be shown instead, including the time if the field option is enabled.

I was looking at the Subscriptions options in Commerce and noticed they seem to be incorrectly calculating renewals. E.g. Set up a subscription of $10 for 6 months with renewal the same price equating to $20 for a year… So that should be $20 per year, but if you save and then click on the +Add Member option… it shows renewals as going to be either free forever or free for the first 6 months and $10 the next 6 months ($10 a year). Also there is a typo, the number of months is displayed twice, but only if you select months, not years… Whether it’s messed up if you went live, I don’t know.

All registration emails, including validation and password recovery emails, fail to work (do not send) when using the 'Invision Community in the Cloud' - or - 'SMTP' delivery methods. Hi, Apologies if I don't provide all the details in here (not sure how to include login details for the ACP). 1. I have multiple issues with slow loading etc. I am a football forum so traffic does peak at certain times. I think some may be due to the server but I wondered if it is possible to check my settings in the ACP and see if I am optimised and if anything needs to change to help. I do have a couple of third party apps/plugins, notably Tapatalk and if they are causing any issues I am happy to unpublish them. 2. On that note, I noticed there are settings for an "app" in the ACP. I have added images etc but how would I now publicise this to my audience.…

I performed the 4.7.14 upgrade. The "Marketplace" icon is no longer present in my ACP which led me to believe that the install was successful, however I still see 4.7.13 in my ACP with a suggestion to upgrade to 4.7.14. In my ACP I also see a warning for a database problem:

I just upgraded to the latest version, which went very smoothly using the admin auto upgrade. However when new posts are made now there is a very long pause before the new post appears, the "Saving" button appears and nothing happens for up to a minute. Any troubleshooting I can try?

I'm probably doing something dumb here so figured I'd ask the smart folks out there! My objective is use the REST API calls to dump group membership every month to automate some of our reporting. I'm trying to use Zapier to do this via their "webhooks" action. I've created a REST key for testing and granted it all access temporarily and am getting invalid API key errors on the Invision platform. I've tried to slip in a header with the API key using a bunch of headers I found on Google, from x-api-key, api-key, authorization, x-authorization and the equivalent using underscores to no avail. When users click "Whats on your mind" to post a new status it just stays on "Loading" I looked in the console log and it's showing a 404 error for applications/core/interface/js/js.php?src=core%2Finterface%2Fplupload%2Fplupload.full.min.js But I see the files there. My site is experiecing a surge in activity this morning and causing server load to go crazy. I remember there used to be a 'mode' you flip on that would disable features in order to speed up the site (or at least to temporarily reduce server load). Is this still a thing?
