Trying to setup the Facebook login. The Facebook part of the setup was no problem. But I get to this section in the instructions, and not sure where to go or what options to choose to do the Invision side of things. I see Login and Registration, but absolutely NO details in the instructions. What form and where?

Hi everyone, Glad to be a part of this community. Have been using IPS for a week now and love it. But now I have a question: I have created a new Custom Field (for Customers) and linked it to the Profile Completion process (for the customer to choose). Outstanding. Now - how do I include the values of the chosen Custom Field in the customer's profile, such that it appears under their name when they post? Alternatively, can Custom Field values be used for Rank? Hi, I installed a test environment in order to try my migration and customisation, i am afraid e-mails might be sent to users from this environment. So i would like ot block all outgoing e-mails for this instance. Is there any "normal" way to do so ? i have set up a dummy smtp server for now but it is not optimal...

I need to use Invision Power Board with Wordpress. I downloaded miniorange-oauth-20-server plugin and OAuth Login, after installing Invision Power Board. Greetings! We purchased the Forum solution and tested it in our test computer by using TESTINSTALL license. Then, we deleted IPB which is installed on our test computer and tried to reinstall in the test server. But it didn't work! It said, "already using the testinstall license". I may have posted about this before, but I cannot find the thread. Since at least April 2017, my users have reported that threads containing embedded tweets skip around while you're reading them. It only manifests when you attempt to read a thread you've already read before. Initially, the forum loads the page positioned at the last unread marker, but then as embedded tweets before and after this load their content, the page skips around until it's positioned somewhere else entirely once done. Hi IC Community, I've recently made a PHP script to query my gameservers for their current status using the built-in blocks feature in IP.Pages. However all the HTML I'm using is outputted using echo statements. Is it possible in any way to parse it like normal HTML code, instead of having multiple echo statements?

Hi, Is there a way I can hook into a files download count inside of a IP Content / Pages template. Maybe by ID or something? I looked at how the download count is pulled in the actual Downloads application but I am not sure how to reference it from a IP Content / Pages template or template field. Does anyone know how, or can someone show me some example code? I am wanting to show the download counter directly in the template, not link to the download page.

Hey. I'm having trouble with the profile completion. After adding 6 steps I can't add any more. After pressing the "Create New" button and filling out all the info I can not press the save button. Nothing happens. I can't even edit and save the ones I have already created. Any thoughts?

Could someone tell me if it's possible to add blocks to posts by embedding HTML into the text editor? I have a newsletter widget and I want to create an announcement which displays the block beneath the message, just to make things easier but I can't seem to figure out how to add the block. I've added HTML to posts in the past but I'm hoping the block can be added to the actual post. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey ppl, maybe someone has a hint for me. I want to reset all avatars from my member to none. I backup my forum but didn't saved the avatar with it. So I have now some image errors caused by the user avatars. I don't find a function in the acp itself. I have over 5,5k members and would be aweful to do that by hand.

Is there any possibility to customize the CKEDITOR toolbar? I only want to display the emoticon button. If I reinitialize the editor after it is ready and resize the window the old toolbar will be shown. I tried to delete the old editor, replace it, and so much more. But none of my solutions works properly. Currently I try to override the replace function. But the following code give me a duplicate editor. Is the a working solution? Alright my website/forum has been getting an error "Error code: EX1142". But i was looking at my MySql database center and i'm overloading my database -105 on 1024mb and in the settings my core_cache is using 1.1 gig of space is there a way to clear with myphpadmin panel. Hello, I want to make a Multi-Language Site which automatically translates from English to each local languages. (like a WordPress plugin which uses Google Translator) I 've found "Translation" in the download section but it seems that it is working only for system menu & option, not for auto-translation of the contents. Hey guys, do you know any solution on how to use existing media / attachements for the feature photo? I want to use the same image for blog entries or pages e.g. as a feature photo (not inside the editor itself but the upload function). Maybe I'm missing a built-in function or any paid plugin which is able to do this. If not: Count this as a request for a plugin? 😉 If I have to upload the same image over and over again this will blow up the disk usage so I'd rather upload the image once and then use it whereever needed.
