I run my community primarily on the download section and heavily rely on it. On the dashboard you can add download stats which shows biggests file and data downloaded like the picture attached Why don't all the files list themselfs on the files page under the dashboard? The future will be hosting a Very large amount of files and I sorta Need to see this kinda infomation about file sizes/etc, Is it anywhere in the ACP?

Our team is trying to set up Single Sign On (SSO) between WordPress LearnDash and Invision Community. We hired the Invision team to create the SSO, which they said they did. However it is not working and we are not able to get an answer on why from Support. HAS ANYONE HAD INVISION SUCCESSFULLY SET UP SSO FOR THEM? Maybe someone in this community can help a resolution. Ive been scanning around while signed in as a normal member in the fourms, I've looked around the ACP To find the permissions for users to delete their own uploads, I even found this post where someone is encountering the same issue Is this still part of IPS4? Why are users not able to delete their own image & why are there no permissions for this available? If Im wrong please point me the right way, If not, Please make this a thing!

I thought there was a setting in the Admin Panel to have all linked (remote) images posted to be saved locally. I can no longer find that setting. Has it been removed or renamed?

We have some folks who are trying to get their files to our Top Downloads. (They are themes, so it's a form of advertising for them...) They are downloading the same file over and over to do it. Would you please make it so it only counts a download from a single IP once (for each revision)? That'd fix this almost entirely. (Right now I'm using a cron script to update the count daily, but having this built in would be handy, to me and others.) Thank you! James

Hello! I'm not sure of the proper term for this, so I apologise. Is there a way to move this below into its own row / container so I can have a full width banner on my forum? Its a real pain, I've search and found you can move the Search bar but nothing about the actual side bar(if thats the right word). Picture below :). I realise this may not be supported by Invision but its badly something I'd like to move out the way of a full width banner. Thanks for any help.

Hi, As a part of a daily routine we monitor the https://invisioncommunity.com/release-notes/ page to see if there has been any updates to the forums. When checking the page it would seem like the newest release was 4.5.4.2 dated 04/22/2021 with a warning triangle indicating this is a security patch and everyone is advised to upgrade as soon as possible. The thing is that we have already updated to 4.5.4.2 quite a while ago. IIRC 4.5.4.2 (or was it 4.5.4.1?) was fixed by going to "Support" -> "Something isn't working correctly" to sort it. Has this just been merged into the full download in the client area? Is this supposed to be 4.5.4.3, only mislab…

Does anyone know of a way, short of going into SQL, of finding all of the members who do not have a password set? This happened because I imported a large number of members without a password and did not send them an email, now I have to sort through and find out which one of them does not have a password. Obviously, as a last resort, I’ll dive into SQL.

I wonder how can I test new subscription and payment gateway. Would you please make it possible to renew every year instead of every 6 months? There's literally no case I can think of where we'd want our forum subscription to expire any time soon, and making it every 6 months just adds extra work for us and for you. Thanks, James

I am talking about /admin area. It keep expiring the login very fast. If I take a break, I will be already logged out, and then I have to refresh all pages and open all the sub-tabs inside them (like multiple HTML templates). Is it possible to increase to timeout to perhaps a day in local dev installation?

Hey all, So I have a member who has hyperlinked some text with a link (Url in question: http://dev_tc.axihub.ca/) and I have verified the hyperlink indeed is pointing to the correct URL prior to submitting the post. However after the post submission the system alters the hyperlink and points it to my forums homepage of https://forums.extremehw.net/ Is this a security feature of IPB ? Just need to find out why it is doing that and if I can alter the behaviour. Many Thanks, P

Example: trying to force reset password. To so so I need to pick dates, for example join date, with a from and to picker. I cannot for the life of me figure out what those two dates mean. Is it from 00:01 AM? From 23:59? For example, if someone joined today 04/21 and I want the system to send them an email, do I put 04/21 to 04/21, 04/20 to 04/21 or 04/20 to 04/22? 🥸

Hello, This morning, I noticed my community was down with a 500 error message. I accessed the APC and ran the support tool. It disabled applications, skin modifications, ads... Then I reactivated them one after the other. In the end I found out the problem was with the theme and I removed all theme modifications. Hi All, I wrote a big topic today for my site and I uploaded a heap of images to it. Two issues stopped me from publishing though and I had to leave the topic in our moderators chat section; 1. The images are not converted to thumbnails. Whether we insert the images into the post or not. So its just a big long post of images. 2. The images that we do 'insert into post' still appear at the bottom of the post, so we get duplicates. It's been a while since I've posted anything pic heavy like this but I'm sure this isn't how it used to work ? Hello, I recently noticed that unread topics/posts are no longer proper highlighted? More exactly, in "forum view" the icon and the forum title are highlighted/bold but not the topic title aswell: In "topic view" all is fine, topics are highlighted: but in the sidebar, no highlights: Is this correct?
