Anyone knows how to add the red + plus sign that's in front of IPS's clients group name?

Maybe it's css but I can't figure it out.

I want to ad it to my site.

Members > Groups > [edit relevant group] > Group Formatting

The click "Use HTML" and add:

<span style="color:#FF0000;font-weight:bold;">+</span>

in the first box to replicate IC's formatting here.
