Hi everyone, I have the case that a user has deleted his posts and by doing so (because they were the opening posts of various threads), the entire threads are now empty. Is this the way it is supposed to be? Is this a bug? How can I recover the deleted posts?

OK so this is the issue - my client has IPS Commerce for subscriptions using Stripe; two transactions have been flagged for manual approval, however these do not look like genuine subscribers as Stripe has flagged them as an elevated risk. What we would like to do is get them off the system, but because we are new to this type of issue I was wondering do we Void or Delete these within the commerce system. Image below shows the options:

So I logged into the ACP today to find the warning about the "XSS when building lightbox images" patch needing applied. The only way to get this applied, if you believe the text, is to follow the prompts to apply the patch. This will never work for this site, because inbound (s)ftp is disabled to the site. (Access requires VPN credentials that I will never directly supply to IPS.) It would be nice if there was a "How do you want to install this patch?" prompt, or a toggle to disable the FTP approach, so that an admin can be prompted to load into the Client Area and download the release to apply the patch. When I enable redis for caching and storage, and browse my site, I lose the css formatting every few clicks. Here's a screenshot. Disabling it resolves the issue. Any clue what's going on? Redis server v=6.0.6

Hello. I am constantly encountering a problem with the forum and I am bothering you. This time I did not understand the error that occurred. I added a .htaccess to fix the https problem and it worked without any problems. Then 5-6 minutes later it gives this error when logging in to the site and I could not fix it. I installed the .htaccess old one, but unfortunately nothing has changed.

Hi. Found this cron job sitting in my cPanel. Not sure if it's IPS or left by a dev. Thoughts on what it is? Secondly, I'm concerned that is references php73. I've upgraded to 7.4, should I be changing that to php74? Hello, i try to make a request to the ipboard API. The admin panel displays a message that my server doesnt support authentication header (idk why) Whats the parameter name to send the authentication token ? (api key) When i use "X-Authorization" i get the response "wrong api key" but its 100% correct (tired base64 encoded and plain)

I can change https://domain.com/files to https://domain.com/download but not the others URLs. Hi! I’m writing ‘cause I have a problem with images’ quality on my platform. If I upload, for example, a 300x150 adv banner for the sidebar, you can see it clear on non-retina desktops but blurred on the retina desktops. If I try and upload a 2x version of it, so a 600x300 banner for the same sidebar, you can see it clear on retina desktops but blurred on the non-retina ones. Same happens with the community main logo. Is there a way to upload both the versions and ask the system to display the right one based on the device that’s being used to navigate the platform? Hi all, I have a database of about 2Gb of the previous version of our forum (but on Vanillaforum Community application). I prefer not to import it into the main forum (IPS4.5) but I would like to put it online for consultation only. Which is the best route? A Vanilla instance on a subdomain of the main forum. A Vanilla instance on the same domain as the main forum. An IPS instance on the same domain as the main forum. Other ways. And then, on the same machine or is it better to take a small separate VPS? Hi everyone. I run my community on CentOS 7. This is my php.ini settings In adminCP are set maximum image dimension/size per membergroup. If the image/file is larger than 100 kb I get the following error Sorry, an unknown server error occurred when uploading this file. (Error code: -200) My question is what could be the problem?

So I know you can normally get things from a URL into the page but I can't remember for the life of me how to do it and can't find any good references to it. The short version is I have a lot of cross linked databases and I have links to submit to alternative databases and link it to the current one. What I want is if you click that "Create record" link that it auto-populates the "database relationship" field so they don't have to enter it manually. What would you recommend or remind me of so that I can do this?

Hello, I'd like to highlight search results in feeds if a club is pinned. Formatting works fine and I already have it working using club_id in a template condition. But to make it more comfortable I'd like to highlight a feed line automatically if a club is pinned. The only problem I have is that the pinned setting is not part of $indexData in template system->searchResult. Is there an easy way to get it into this template? I would really appreciate any help.

In our schools database page, we have filters defined to search them. There is default filter feature at the bottom for "Show my schools only" which I think is for displaying only the Author's records. Since we are not allowing any non-admin users to add records, there is no need for this button. Is there a way to toggle this checkbox off? Or where may I find it in templates that I can remove it?

Hello I am not sure if Im missing something with the gallery. I have it setup that when a member uploads an image that a moderator will have to approve. But not where does it alert you when someone uploads. Is this a bug or am I missing something. Thank you for the help

Thoughts welcome (this one is above my pay grade). I have a Wordpress site running Formidable Forms. I want to embed a 'view' into an Invision page. This is the code they give me (I've replaced what needed replacing) but still no go. I pasted it into as page html and also tried as a custom block. The form view does not appear. Off hand, does anyone see anything that jumps off the page? On another post, I read something about how jquery loads? Thoughts? Hello Invision Community ! Yesterday my developper was trying to connect some apps on my zapier account with Invision. He told me it was not possible because Zapier is only available in Cloud service. Is it true ? I not really interesting about the cloud offer. In my opinion its really expensive and we can't have the hand on our server. I chose invision mainly because I thought zapier was compatible. (I need it for several apps) but if this is not possible then this CMS becomes useless for me. Do you have any solutions? Thanks for your anser. Jordan
