Hello all, On my forum, I would like to utilize the 'Thanks' button so I have disabled the current 'Thanks' and changed the 'Like' button to 'Thanks'. My issue is that I do not want to utilize the reputation system, but I would like to utilize the reaction system by only having the 'Thanks' as the only button. Currently, it appears that if I disable the 'Reputation' capability, that this also disables the use of the 'Reaction' system, even though the 'Reaction' system is enabled separately. Can anyone help me sort this out so I can use the 'Thanks' button with the 'Reaction' system with the 'Reputation' system disabled? Also, I would like to make …

Hey there, Just upgraded to 4.6 and all my members are Newbies. Once I posted after 4.6 I saw I was given my badges. Anyhow, still Newbie. Is there a way to force full rebuild and also assign Ranks? Is sth rebuilding in the background as it is just upgraded or do I have to force it from Achievements Settings? Thanks!

I've generated a manifest but it doesn't appear to be working as no 'install' is showing in the browser. This is how I've set it up (bearing in mind I've never done this before lol) so is everything in place and the settings correct? The only thing I've not done is the safari mask icon as I am uncertain as to what that entails. Here are my settings (BTW for some reason the Favicon has been replaced by the Application icon, is that normal?)

When downloading the "Language" file in the ACP a large pop-up appears with a rotating circle icon and never disappears but the file is actually downloaded. I think IPS got a little ahead of themselves releasing 4.6 a little too early 😒

Hello, I have a website that is already working with an active license, I want to create a subdomain for testing purposes of this same copy. Since license is already active in copy, do I just need to change license to KEY-TESTINSTALL when log into ACP?

Even if logged in as anonymous and as an admin. Members can't see us in the "who's online". But, they can see on our profile pages that we are online currently / x minutes ago. Hi, In the past, I've experienced some bugs when trying to update a community where the admin folder was named with a distinct name and protected by a .htaccess user/password. At that time (don't remember what version it was), the automatic download did create a new admin folder but the update did not work at all. I was forced to restore the saved copy made just before update and perform a manual update (download the whole community install file, unzip, rename admin folder, and move it over the instance to update). Since that time I still perform updates in that way, just to be sure there will be no problems... So, I'm wondering if that "bug" has been solved sin…

Hello, We have badges on our forum. but I see some issues: Ok, it looks fine, but why SevenDaysRegistered.svg have number 3 on icon? It should be 7 I think to make sense. Another one is OneHundredReactionsReceived.svg but in rules I see reactions given. So its not for received, but for given? And last one: FiveHundredItemsPosted.svg have 100 number on icon, not 500 :S Also I think that giving for week, month and year is a bit to little. In our forum I think that 95%+ users will have first two. It should also contain 5 years, 10 years or even 15. I know that, we can add it manually, but need to make some icons for it. Hi all Recently set it to Return Key Behavior = Go to next line (as requested by users). Seems to be an issue with pasting text and the spaces between paragraphs. Even when copying and pasting from notepad (ie no rich text). Example: In editor it looks fine: But when the post is shown on the front, the spaces are lost: This particular member is very passionate about the spaces here! Any ideas how to fix this? (i tried a new post with the content coming from notepad, definitely seems to be an issue with pasting text) Thanks Darren

Hello, Our problem is that the block("who's online") on the first page of the forums doesn't get updated. I tried manually running the task to clear system cache under the automatic tasks menu. This did not help. The only way it gets updated is if we manually use the tool under "get support" -> "clear system caches" It worked fine on the earlier version, but after the update this happened. We haven't found any errors being triggered regarding this. Going to "index.php?/online/" shows the correct members online.

Hi, Is there a way for website owner to have a reserved or disallowed Display Name? Reserved Display Name for like Administrator, Moderator, Support, Nike, Adidas, Nigeria, Congo, Canada, Toshiba, Intel, etc...☺️ Disallowed Display Name for user that might sign up with inappropriate name like a profanity words. I notice IPB have a Words Filters for Posting but can't find any for User's Display Name. Or maybe a 3rd party plugin in Marketplace if someone can point us to it. Thanks for any help ☺️
