Your license key entitles you to one installation only. If you need to change the URL associated with your license, contact IPS technical support. I may be wrong, but I am going to assume that when installing they see that you have already installed a version and used your key for that install. It could be that they believe you are trying to install another version on the same domain? I would contact support and let them sort it out for you.
