I updated the settings in the AdminCP to allow clubs to be created by each of my user groups (including the one I belong to) and no one can see how to add a club once logged into the forums. Do I have to do something to present the option on the front end?

Hi, I noticed that there is no way to edit member title in profile settings. Only you can do that in ACP. Settings are allowing to use custom title. Need you to look into it.

Hi guys, In the get support admin section I see that I have 12 third party customizations: - Customized Editor - 11 ads I do not remember customizing the Editor to be honest, except some emoticons maybe. Also I'm not sure what 11 ads means. I have the option to disable these customizations. But if I disable will they be kept and I can enable again? Also how exactly I can know where these customizations are, so I can go and check if they are still relevant. I'm using IPS for many years and I do not remember at all what I have customized and where.

Hi there, I recently moved to new VPS + upgraded from 4.3 to 4.6. I have some problem with the Admin -> Site Features -> Menu Manager Steps to Reproduce: 1. Admin -> Site Features -> Menu Manager 2. Click Main Menu Item (with a link to a page on my website) 3. I change the link from http://mydomain.com/pagename to https://mydomain.com/pagename 4. I click Save Menu Item 5. Hi there,I recently moved to new VPS + upgraded from 4.3 to 4.6. I have some problem with connecting to Google in my Account Settings (frontend). I click the Sign In with Google button and I got an Error Any suggestions how to fix this? It seems it is somehow OAuth related.

Hi guys, I did the upgrade from 4.3 to 4.6.7 yesterday and I keep checking different items in the admin panel to ensure all is ok. One of the things I noticed is that during the upgrade the Systems Logs in the admin panel grew with like 130+ pages. Seems most of these are: template_error and uncaught_exception. Is this normal? Anything I should do about it? All seems to be working find with the community so far (except some images in posts that do not load for ome reason). Or could this be because of people trying to access the software until I do the upgrade maybe?

Hi there, I got a couple of questions for the official gallery plugin The sale page says that videos are supported however on the demo version it doesn't look like that you can? Can we actually upload videos and if so what formats are supported? While we are at it what image formats are supported? If I were to use Amazons S3 can the links be disabled from being accessed from outside the forum? My renewal date is coming up next month (for forums, commerce, etc) will I be charged the full amount again for a renewal or will it be a prorated amount? Thanks for your time and help!

Recently, I moved the install from the test location to the new location, but it seems style elements in the default theme are still pointing to the test URL. The license is fine, I've got that set, but the issue I run into now is that the style is broken. I have updated the URL in the config.php file already as well. Appreciate any help!

Hey everyone. I tried everything I could think of within my tech limit. Normally I'd like to create a support ticket first, but I need to get this resolved ASAP before hosting jumps in (was given 3 days to sort, and today is day 2 or 3). My SQL Databases are allowed up to 1,000 MB per Database. I am at 1,391 MB for my forums database, and most of this is due to forums_posts, which is 712.7MB (next closest is core_achievements_log at 147.8 MB). I setup archiving in a remote database, thinking it would take care of the issue. It's supposed to archive 64% of posts with the parameters I set, but only 8.1 MB moved the remote database. I am trying to convert a vbulletin forum to ipb and everything is fine, I can convert the smileys and attachments but not the avatars. Path is correct but avatars are not converted. Instead of avatars it converts my user photos. What can I do to understand what the problem is?

I've noticed some odd behavior after the last few updates. 1. If a file needs to be approved, its held for moderation. Before its approved I can no longer get to the update screen/section if I need to add or change a screenshot. I get an error that I don't have the permissions. I now need to approve it, edit it, and then approve the new version. I've checked permissions and settings, disabled apps and plugins, but am hitting a brick wall on why this is happening. Hi guys, I'm will be upgrading from 4.3 to 4.6 soon. I moved to a new server and now planning to do a test install first to ensure all is ok. Few questions guys: 1. I checked the Upgrade Guide and it says: Can you please clarify where I should doublecheck this? I read through this article: Looks good - several items from Invision to have the option of pushing over with your Zap. However - I'm trying to setup a Zap like: When a new calendar event is posted to Invision, send a message to a Discord channel. I have ... zero? Options on what to pull over from Invision for this? After the latest member titles update, the old custom member titles that I've had set up for several people are not removed. I've tried editing / removing the title as a whole but it is still showing up under the member's avatar in posts. I removed the "retained role" and it's still showing up. For example, for this member, he used to have the "Forum Manager" custom title. He still has it to this day even though I have edited it, left it blank and even removed it. How do I go about resynchronizing everything?

I just tried to upgrade my test site and the Invision software threw the following error: The upgrader uses PHP sessions to store data, however PHP sessions are currently not working correctly on your server. This is an issue you will need to contact your host about. I realise that this seems like a server-side issue, but my VPS provider can't seem to find anything amiss. Hello! My problem started 2-3 weeks ago, from version 4.6.6, my license key keeps reseting. I get this error when I use the "Ship" button. It does toggle the Shipped/Pending status though. If it is toggling it, is there any reason I should not continue to use it? It's a lot of stuff to ship, I am supposed to get done this week. Thanks JM
