Hi there I am on CIC. I have a mod that updates a single profile field from a CSV of email/code pairs. Even when I break it down into files of 300, if a I do a few in a row I get a 403 error. Does anyone have an idea what the threshold might be or the timing of that? Like does it reset per minute or something like that? Thanks JM

I tried to copy the Members group and got the error below. Yes, I tried again with everything disabled and got the same error. Is there any way to remove the whole "personal inbox" feature via permissions, or an addon? Not useful to my community, and I don't want to be responsible for moderating content between users. I have basically cut the ability to private message as much as possible, but I'd still like to be able to easily remove the button and whole inbox feature.

I had a suspicion of this but not confirmed. Since the last upgrade (v4.6.10) , many of the heading/titles in our settings were lost. For example: But when you click into a group, the title is missing? And again: Clicking into a field: This problem caused some serious issues with some of our plugins (and themes too) which at the time I thought it was strange and fixed them up. But I now realise its AdminCP wide. Anyone else experienced this?

For the life of me I can't find any information on this. I am sure this is pretty simple. I setup a subscription service on my site. How can I tell if a user will be auto-renewed when their subscription expires? Nothing in the subscription plan shows anything that hints whether I can turn this on or off. Thanks

I have a (rarely used) store item for donations that lives as a product in my club's dues renewal category. I originally set it up as a $1 item and the member could set the quantity to establish the magnitude of their donation). I just had a member donate $35 and I just received (as did the 'notify on purchase' email address) 35 copies of the donation notification. Oops! I hope the donor didn't get 35 copies. Oog. Is there a way to either limit notifications to one per product (not quantity OF that item) or alternatively, to have a store item with an arbitrary cost?

I have member promotion group based on activity of users ( Member last posted > Less than ) If user is active, he is promoted to active members group, otherwise he goes to inactive. When user post something on forum, in database, in table: core_members > member_last_post date of last post is updated. But... when users write, for example "F*** you" and admin remove his post, date in column member_last_post remains the same, whithout updating. That's mean user can have no post, and be active for years, so promotion rule works wrong. How to fix it?

Hello, I am using Invision Community v4.6.9 I have several achievements rules that's work perfectly, but one rule doesn't. Followers rule - 10 points for every follower you get. That specific rule doesn't work and doesn't increase the achievement points with each new follower - is it well knows issue?

Hi there, I found out a very silly bug with the plataform, regarding the new feature that holds content for approval if an email adress is detected. If an image with an "@" symbol in its filename is inserted, the post is held for approval. We had old custom emoticons with file names such as: biggrin@2x.png ohmy@2x.png sad@2x.png tongue@2x.png happy@2x.png ph34r@2x.png sleep@2x.png wink@2x.png smile@2x.png Whenever any one of them was used, the post would be held for approval. I deleted these emoticons, but maybe this is something you want to take a look into. Thanks, Gabe.

As the title states, when we do a search for new member joins in the last 24 hrs, nothing is returned. I made sure we had a new member who joined within the last 24hrs and the search returns all members. Thanks for any help folks!

Hi there, the recent achievement widget on our install seems to not be working. It was there and functioning yesterday but now it's gone. Anyone have any idea why and what I can fo to get it back? I have created a new block based of Feed from Articles with Default Template. Then I have added the block two times on the page. One in the vertical and another in the horizontal position. As the result, both the blocks use horizontal view for display: If I use only one block on the page, I see the correct view. But if the same block is placed into both the positions, they both start to use the same view (horizontal). How to bypass it?

When working with theme templates, there is a Revert button. When we click it, we get a warning and we can safely restore the stock template. When working with Pages templates (Pages → Templates) a Revert button exists in the same spot, yet, behaves completely different. It actually DELETES the template, even without warning, potentially making the entire template set unusable with no way to add the missing template back to the template set. When a Pages database contains a multi-upload image field, nothing can be uploaded in Safari 15.2. After selecting an image, the page just stalls or freezes entirely. I can replicate this on all my installations, including my cloud account. This is on the latest release and with a clean theme, no plugins and it also happens when the record is created in the ACP. No problems in Firefox and Chrome. [Edit: Safari version updated]

When you have create a theme from a parent theme, the ordering of themes in not respected in the front. This is my ordering in the ACP: Themes This is the ordering when I click the theme link to select a theme. As you can see, the ordering below is not the same as I have chosen in the screenshot above. This only happens when you create a child theme from a parent theme.

How to set max image size my members upload for clubs cover photos? Couldn't find anywhere in ACP. Tested and managed to upload 6 megabytes which is really bad capability to have.

We are using Downloads Application in Version 4.6.10 (106154) For a while now, the Downloads Page is loading extremely slowly, with Time to First Byte constantly above 10 or 15 seconds. Most Category Pages, and Downloading single Files is not experiencing the problem, neither is the Forum Application. But the Downloads Overview Page (first page of Application), which displays Newest Downloads, Most Downloaded etc. is taking extremely long. We have updated everything to the most recent version. We have disabled all customisations. Nothing worked. There are no errors or warnings in the logs. The RAM and Filesystem have plenty of resources free. Neither…
