We recently experience issue with PayPal who started putting our money on hold until we enter tracking code for shipping for selected transactions. Case is that we configured the Commence product as non-physical but somehow, buyers are still able to provide shipping address what results in the issue we experience - PayPal detects the transactions differently. I wonder if this is some sort of issue in IPS implementation of PayPal?

Hello, When a customer choses to save their card as a payment method, they are unable to edit that card's billing address. An issue occurs when they enter an incorrect billing address, and cannot change the address for the stored payment method.

The moderator member group on my system has the permission to view Display Name History, yet, for some reason, when they attempt to they receive a permission denied error. This is the only Group, other than Administrators that has the permission and it is working fine for Administrators. Can someone assist/advise? Thank you

We recently changed our PayPal account and I am trying to add it back in to my IPS account stored payment methods. When I go there it only has an option to pay by credit card. How can I add our new PayPal account so my IPS subscription will auto renew from it? NOTE - this is not the link from my site to PayPal to buy items on my site - we have that working fine with the new account. This is so my IPS subscription automatically renews through PayPal.

We recently updated to 4.6.10 and didn't let upgrade handle the ranks and badges as we run custom groups and ranks. But we are interested now in using achievement with ranks and badges and only found 4 badges icon in the backend. How do we get more ranks & badges icon shown in achievement blog?

Has something changed with this setting? as I am sure this used to work for me in where if a member couldn't upload images to a certain album they would get the Custom permission denied message But no matter what I try I cannot get it to show to a user 😕 I have tried all sorts of permissions within the gallery setting and in group settings and all the settings do is add or remove the upload image button Having the upload image button there but not allowing them to upload to certain albums just greys that album out! Hi I get this error when upgrading from version 4.5.4.2 to 4.6.12.1. First I tried the automatic update in ACP, then I downloaded all the files again and uploaded overwriting the existing ones. The error remains the same. The site is not reachable now, I get the error attached. I've checked the file permissions and they don't seem to have any problems. For example the first error refers to the file "/applications/nexus/Application.php" The folders and the file in question all have the "0777" permission, yet it persists on this file.

Hello, We got a question regarding our community. A lot of our forums have the type “Questions”, we noticed that after a recent update (we are not sure which) the default sorting for the topic is based on upvotes. For example this topic. Hello, I have a problem on the page with error 500 every time I install an app / plugin. Usually, I have to refresh the page twice for the forum to come up and the error to disappear. Hi I'm creating a page and I'm trying to apply css to other blocks such as the whos online block. The only css I can apply to things is the option where it has an advanced tab to add css, but the css only applies to the background template of the website and not the other blocks, just the one I'm working on. And some blocks don't have the option to add custom css. Also I can't copy blocks to the other full custom template pages and create a full template because the blocks lose their live functionality when copying direct HTML. Is it that I have to learn php better or? I am not sure.

Hello, Dear community, I'm using the forum by self-hosting the Invision Community solution. And I have worked on design customization using design themes. However, If I download the A theme and try to upload it to the B theme, 500 Internal Server Error occurs as belows. 1. Clicked [Admin page > Appearance > Themes] menu 2. Upload a new version 3. 500 Internal Server Error Is it related to upgrading to version 4.6.12.1? I used to use the theme upload function well before, but suddenly it doesn't work since upgrade version. Can you let me know how to upload a new version? Thanks.
