Third-Party Support Ticketing System Integration List?

Our Commerce application does have a ticket system as a part of that.

If you're using a third party system though, it depends on what you're wanting to do. There's obviously small integrations that you could do like:

  • use the "Contact Us" form to send an email to your ticket system.
  • If your third party system has a live chat option that could get included on a page via Javascript, you can add that in to our software.

Outside of that, depending on the integration you want/need, it will require custom development which would be outside our scope of support.
