I just figured that the "Mark as Solution" feature only shows on posts that were made after I enabled "Enable Solved?" in a certain forum. It does not show for any posts being made earlier. Is this wanted behaviour or a bug? I am on version 4.6.12.1 Regards, Tom.

I noticed recently on my website, when i click either of these two buttons, the cool "pop up" box that normally shows quickly goes away, and takes me to the full page. I spent hours trying to find the cause, So I went here to ask a friend, and turns out that even this website is doing it, so it seems to be that the latest update caused this. I apologize if this was already posted somewhere, I went thru a few pages and did not see anything like it before posting. Has anyone else noticed and possibly found a fix?

How can I customize the profile pages for my members. How do I remove or move around different blocks on the profile pages? For example, I'd like to move the Achievements block down lower, I'd like to remove the followers block, I'd like to remove the warning points block, etc. Ideally I'd like to also reorder the tabs so it defaults to their "About Me" tab instead of their "Activity" tab. Is this possible? If so, how and where? Thank you!

I would like to export a specfic sub-forum of our Invision community to keep locally. Is there a way to export it in a readable format? Like local HTML. I've tried to use some Site-crawlers but it has not worked to limit it to a specific forum.

Good morning, a few months ago we migrated the platform on a new server and then we implemented the Privacy Policy, we mistakenly clicked on force the request for acceptance to all users even if in truth all our users had already written this policy. The question is the following: How can I disable the request to accept the new policy at new login? I have already tried to re.edit the policy and not check the box to force but the problem at new logins remains, thanks to anyone who will give me a hand, Enrico

I find myself unable to edit images in the editor of my site. It uploads without issue and all other features seem to be working, however, when I double click on the image it just sends me to the image itself and not the edit box. It is reproducible on all themes, including the default. Seems to be affected everywhere on the site I can see a quick "There is was a problem" popup right before it sends me to direct image, but I don't see a code (although it is very fast). Same issue in Firefox and Chrome. I have noticed that my "copy to database" popup box is no longer a popup and takes me to a new page to select the database and category, so no…

I suspect that an IPB update has caused an issue with the site map, as it will no longer validate: https://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.celiac.com%2Fsitemap.php I do know that this validation issue was not present until recently, but I don't know exactly when it began.

Just got a love note from FB on their annual checkup - I have not altered anything since I got it up and working. And now they say they get a message that reads: "You are not permitted to register a user account with this site." I tried my account by first disconnecting FB from my account settings. Then I logged out of my site and clicked the sign up button. It does a redirect and found my existing account. But it will not let me reauthenticate - with my FB password or my known site password, which I know both are correct as they are stored in 1Password and also have 2Factor. Hi, I have the following arrangement: Category sub-category forum1 forum2 forum3 forum1, 2 and 3 are questions forums. I enabled combined fluid view on sub-category. However when I create topics on forums1, 2 and 3 and then go to sub-category no topics are shown. Any idea why? Cheers Werner

Hello, Members are cancelling their memberships but I can't see that reflected under the "purchases" in ACP. See attachment. I get the emails from PayPal but I can't see their cancellations reflected in ACP 😞 Isn't PayPal's IPN is tracked when a user cancels a recurrent payment? Thanks

I have enabled new Fluid View: Now after enabling when I click on Entertainment, I get below view - which confuses users, hey no topics. Shouldn't it combine and show all topics by date added or updated? All the categories, needs to be enabled by default.

Hi, We are trying to move to another host. We moved all the files and the database but we are getting a 500 error. In the uploads/log directory there aren't any logs created. The domain will stay the same in the end but for testing purposes we are using another domain first. Could this be the reason of the 500 error or can I find a more detailed log somewhere? Hello, I have stumbled across an issue that just came up using the latest software version. When I copy and paste images into a post and hit sumbit, most of the time the images will be displayed skewed. It only happens sometimes, not all the time. Hi there, I found a bug. When you disable English Language from IPS and create a Database, you cannot set the DB's name in English. IPS ACP Menu seems that only load English Language title: I tried to enable English Language and set up a title in English and afterwards it shows the name.

Hello, My site is using clubs, and each club has their own blog. These blogs are fed via RSS feed, however are not updating automatically as I would expect. Instead I've been having to go to back to the page below and resubmit the form every day. It appears that creating adding RSS Feeds through the AdminCP>System>RSS Feed Imports WOULD automate this, however my individual club blogs are not options to import into. Is there another way to handle this? Something I'm missing? Thanks!

Hi I mainly upload downloadable content to my own site but occasionally I work with other sites and simply add links to those files. After yesterdays maintenance I am inconsistently returning : "Temporary Server Problems" When attempting to access a database via the API as a result this kicks out a lot of my users at random, So it's a pretty big inconvenience. My system errors logs and API logs show nothing out of the usual. Any ideas?

I'm looking to move my installation of the Invision suite from the /board directory on my server to the root directory, making it replace the main page of my website. What do I need to watch out for to ensure this goes as smoothly as possible? I assume I'd need to update the conf_global.php and possibly the constants.php files. Would setting up a 301 redirect work for redirecting all link to the old location to the new location? Thanks!
