Hello! Since last Sunday I am experiencing a significant spike in server resources. It seems to have to do with the cron, because if I stop the tasks, everything is back to normal in a few minutes. I haven't made any modifications to the community settings for a while so I was wondering if it must be a bug.

Purchased applications / plugins renewal via ACP asks a full price instead of renewal price. This issue suposed to be fixed since first releases of built-in marketplace. I have reported this and many others. Why not fixed yet? no body renews their addons via ACP?

I use RSS feeds from my databases (just the standard ones enabled with the database itself) and it often takes hours, if not an entire 8hr workday for new content to get pushed to the feed. I never had this issue before moving to the Cloud. I don't see any setting that could effect this either. E.G: I am still waiting for this article (https://www.uncrownedgaming.com/home/esports/the-call-of-duty-league-championship-kicks-off-today-r80/) to get pushed to its RSS feed (https://www.uncrownedgaming.com/home/?rss=1) and it has been almost 6 hours since posting. Hi, Our Forum site is completely down - Looking for any pointers ... Can we just Install the Current Version over the top to fix for example ... Hello, please forgive my ignorance, but I do believe my DKIM/DMARC TXT records are misconfigured. When I get a notification from a domain regarding such, they say that it fails their tests. I have no idea what I'm doing or how to edit them to please the recipient domains. Thank you

Hello, Please fix a serious bug introduced in 4.7.1 beta 2 😞 After the upgrade, uploaded images cannot be seen 😞 I can see the placeholder for the image but the image is not displayed. Old images can be seen, new ones can't. Please fix this issue 😞 It's critical 😞 new images won't be seen 😞 I tried it several times and nothing:( see attachment.

Hello, I am unable to hide item categories in the search box. I don't even how how all those options are available in the dropdown 😞 How can I control what appears in the dropdown 😞 I have no clue why they are there or why topics, records, are displayed three times. Can anyone help me out with this? I never asked ACP to add anything there, so I guess there must be somewhere where I can tell ACP to NOT display certain item categories there. Hi, I am receiving the following error when upgrading to the newest version (4.7) of the community: Row size too large. The maximum row size for the used table type, not counting BLOBs, is 8126. This includes storage overhead, check the manual. You have to change some columns to TEXT or BLOBs <site>/community/applications/core/setup/upg_107006/queries.json - query #3 ALTER TABLE `core_members` ADD COLUMN `latest_alert` INT UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 COMMENT 'Indicates the last alert that was viewed' Any ideas how to fix this?

Completely new at this, but I've been trying to set up a club and have tried a few different things like adding pages, forums, images, etc. But if I add an element (for instance a page), how can delete it if I decide I want to do it a different way? I've tried looking through all the Manage Club Options and various Club Moderator and Site Administrator settings and don't see a way to delete a page. Thanks!

Hello Everybody, just to be sure, I changed the type of notification for the followed content from "email" to "notification list" then i clicked on "reset members to default preferences" Does it mean that ALL members that have chosen in the past the method "a notification when new content is posted" and "email" as notification will now receive a notification online on my forum when logged in instead of email? Hello, After updating to 4.7.0 [and updating to PHP 8] I get a notification in AdminCP about Locked Task: queue (last run: never) When I try to run the task manually I get a blank red banner with just: 1S111/1 Also, a whole series of errors in the System Logs: Any advice or help much appreciated! Hello, I just installed 4.7.1 beta 1 to obtain the scheduled topic option to publish new topics at a later date. I am testing the functionality and I have big doubt. There is no way, as an admin, to see which posts are scheduled to be published in few hours or maybe in a couple of day. The scheduled topic is indistinguishable from a normal topic. Isn't there a way to distinguish them? I will be using this functionality a lot, but as an admin I will not know which ones are published and which ones are not 😞 At least, I didn't see an option or an icon to distinguish it from normal topics. Hello, I have previously translated the english language pack , to the language of my country, and have been using it successfully on 4.2. My plan to update from 4.2 to 4.7 has been delayed, but since i have some days of free time and could use it to translate the 4,3 => 4,7 phrases that will be adding up, I was wondering If I could somehow, on beforehand, i.e. before updating to 4,7 , translate the new phrases while running on the 4.2 .... ? is that technically possible/ feasible? (it would help me have less workload after the update and concentrate on the others) thank you in advance!

Hi all, We're facing an issue after updating our forum from version 4.6.12.1 to the latest stable version 4.7.0 The files in question are: /uploads/javascript_global/root_library.js /uploads/javascript_global/root_framework.js /uploads/javascript_global/root_js_lang_1.js /uploads/javascript_core/global_global_core.js I have attached a screenshot if that helps. Could you please give me a hint, how or where can we get these files? Also, any idea on why the abovementioned files were not transferred during the upgrade process? I have just tried an automatic update and now my forum is inaccessible! All I am getting is a HTTP ERROR 503 I suspect the update of the database has failed as I can access the admin panel and it keeps telling me there is an update available Any help appreciated
