I am setting up an event, 45 minutes on same day, Eastern Standard Time. when I publish event, it sets duration for une full day.... Event block shows the same problem... When I go to edit the event again to fix it, it is set to "Single day Event"... Am I going something wrong? Help appreciated.

Hello, 🙂 My community is down after I installed the mediatag application by mistake : I was uninstalling application I saw inactive in the ACP (such as subscriptions, chat) and mistakenly clicked on the button to install mediatag... Now I get this message : I have ssh access. How can I delete this application and have my community back online ? Thank you. 🙂

I keep getting emails saying regards "PHP 7.4 will soon be reaching end of life and will no longer receive any security updates.Our November release will introduce a new minimum requirement of PHP 8.0. You are seeing this message because you are currently using PHP 7.4. Please upgrade as soon as possible." Yet my hosting server is already running PHP 8.1 - I'm aware that I have some addons that aren't but if I was on PHP8.1 then I should not be getting this email at all XD

This is sometimes consistent and few times random.. When I try to send PM.. and click on Submit reply, screen gets stuck on below view: " Saving ... " Now, if i refresh the page, technically PM is already sent. How to figure out where the issue is coming from? PS I did tried disabling ALL custom stuff, issue persist. Yes, we use Cloudflare.

When I click on "Create Event" in a club calendar I can only chosse between the global calendars - the club calendars includig the one I'm in are not available: Edit: The active member in the screenshot has no access to global calendars but only to club calendars. So there is no way for him creating new events...

Hi all! I'm hoping to get some help here. After going through the Invision upgrade yesterday, all of the sudden today all forum traffic plunged by 90% (from 1,049 unique visitors the day before to only 104 today — see screenshot at bottom). Any idea why? Have other IPS folks been having any issues with traffic dropping after the upgrade? P.S. Here’s a screenshot from analytics:

Self-hosted (on Dreamhost, if it matters.) After putting it off for months, maybe years, finally went all in and updated my server to PHP8 then the forum from 4.4 to 4.7. Not good. Am following the Manual instructions because auto didn't work. I've done the first paragraph. But I can't do the second. Can't seem to get rid of this problem. Have talked to host support, first support person said need to create php.ini file and placed this in the public_html folder disable_functions = "exec,system,passthru,pcntl_exec,popen,proc_open,shell_exec" did not work, called host back, got different support person and they stated "oh, we don't allow php.ini on a shared server" so need to make a .users.ini file with the same code as above. That did not work either still got notification in the acp. I then placed the .user.ini in the forum folder did not work, placed the php.ini in the forum folder did not work. Sir, Email sending from server is not working. I had discussed this with the namecheap team, they told me that this is because of a third party email service provider. There is a failed mail delivery message as shown below. Also, in the email setting option, there is a red flag in advanced settings as shown below. Hello, 🙂 Some members have lost access to at least one forum on my board (it's a forum you can access with at least 5 posts in the other forums) : they get a HTTP ERROR 500. Hello!I have an Invision 4.4 community and I am trying to upgrade to 4.7.2.1, but at the latest step, 'Upgrade', I am getting error 1264, 'Out of range value for column 'announce_end' at row 8 /home/mysite.com/public_html/forums/applications//setup/upg_/queries.json - query #4' What am I supposed to do? I've just upgraded both my test and production sites to 4.7.2.1. All is well, but I thought I'd point out that (in my case at least) the Compatibility Scanner isn't working properly on my test install - it constantly throws the following error: There was an error loading the hook scanner results. This seems strange to me, since a day ago I reinstalled all of my apps and plugins on the test site which I have on my production site (and even in the same order), minus a couple of disabled or no-longer-available plugins etc. There are no problems whatsoever on my production site, which correctly lists apps which have been disabled as incompatible. Hello. I am using a C# application I am creating, I am logged in via OAuth2. I am using the endpoint "/downloads/files/{id}/download" (Yes, it is enabled in the scope) This all works, it sends me a link to the file, the name and size, exactly it should. But the issue is there is no API to tell the site "Hey, I downloaded this" and not only that, but the link returned is https://XXXXXXXXXX.com/files/modupload/monthly_2022_09/1435978003_MyCustomPi-ChoENB_7z.ff0e2dd34912345d81fba665432e6208 which the link works. Hi! I have try to enable the login into Invision Community using a Wordpress Account feature. I have followed all steps mentioned in this guide (Wordpress as the Server).
