I imported my site (manually, from a platform IPS doesn't support natively) and things went pretty smoothly. On the old site, members had the chance to buy "Supporter" status which got them perks to a few things. I had three levels, and they were all the same except that they varied by the length of time the "purchase" was active (and the cost, of course). Members were simply upgraded from their existing user group to the "Supporter" user group when they bought their "Supporter" status. I was glad to see I could do this with IP.Commerce and was one of the main reasons I bought it - to handle the Supporters. I kept a list of all the Supporters on my old site…

Firstly, not to be impatient but to try and resolve things as I wait (support ticket posted) - I am seeing this error 'code: EX0' on many pages. I know from past versions (not upgrades), yet a site I installed running 4.0.8 had issues and although I never managed to resolve it myself - it did seem very common. I have searched the error but what I have found hasn't helped me so far. The activity stream for example presents the same error - Here. Any ideas how I can fix it folks?

The pages of a topic are not loaded. Enter a topic, click on any of the pages and shows almost empty page, appears the text "loading" but never finishes loading ... Any solution to fix this???

I want to have the http://www.sharethis.com/ social sharing buttons/bars in the forum. It asked to put a JS , where is the place i should put it ? so it appears on every topic detail page for example this page - http://jalan2.com/fo...dari-handphone/ 1. i want it to appear on the top section, just beside the 5 stars rating. Where should i put the sharethis code ? (screenshot called top share pic attached ) 2. Under Profiles in AdminCP I am create a custom profile field. Along the right hand side of the page in the field settings there are boxes with the option to "Copy Setting Value". Clicking on this brings up an error message... Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? Ted.

I want to use email to log in only so members keep current emails addresses. It is no guarantee but it would be annoying to log in with a defunct email so it is a bit of a reminder. Is there a way?

After the upgrade from 4.0.x to 4.1.3.2 - I (and several users) can no longer upload photos. The error is something like "There was a problem uploading this file" - no other info. There are no php or forum limits that should prevent this - as uploads are possible from a desktop and uploads from the iPhone were possible before the upgrade. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Or can anyone else check and see if they are experiencing this problem? Thanks

Hi, I just upgraded my forum from v3.x to V4.1.3.2. The forum is offline as I'm testing it. But there were 2 new members today! How is it possible? The access is only for the administrator. Also, how to remove or hide the Connection button on the offline page? With the v3.x, this button was only visible for the group who has access to the offline site. Thanks.

Is there any way to throttle size of attachment per file type? I other word I want to allow ZIP files up to 20 MB. Now I want to throttle back the attachments JPG, PNG and GIF to say 1 MB tops. So now my site is set up for 20 MB and now huge photos are soaking up server space when it should be set for only ZIP files. How to resolve this issue?

I've succesfully migrated my joomla to 3.4.8, and categories articles are shown in three columns with teaser images, etc. I've upgraded to 4.x but I cant find a way to show CATEGORY articles in a three column way, the DATABASE has an option to show "records like articles", but when I go to a category it shows the articles in an ugly listing format. I'm using the default database called "Articles". Does IPB4 has an option to apply the three column display to CATEGORIES ? Thanks in advance!

Good morning community, This one has me confused - I have several custom profile fields, some from my import and some I've created in the ACP. However, I can't seem to figure out how to set which fields show up in the forum posts / topics in the mini profile / post bit under the users avatar? None of the four settings I see in v4.1.x in the profile fields address this: - Allow member to see and edit? - Show on registration page? - Can be edited in the user control panel? - Show publicly on member's profile? Is there a way to rebuild URL in IPS 4? For example, I had to remove words out of titles, which I don't want in the URL. Is there a way to have the URLs rebuilt so that these words would be removed from them as well?
