Suggest you wait for support (I assume you've already raised a ticket on this one) as it has probably got something in the logs directing to the cause of this. I've tried to see if the plugins or theme are the issue, tried with the stock theme and stuff and it's still not working, still receiving the same error. I have submitted a ticket now. Nor the theme - that's out of the equation when you submit it. Definitely something in the backend.
