generally stratagem is viewable by everyone (unless the project is set to private, then only team members have access to it). 
for stratagem in general, i went with the idea of more ACL vs the permission system IPS offers, it wasn't versatile enough imho for the abilities i wanted int stratagem, so i created "Teams".

A team can be a individual, a group and if you have commerce install, you can select purchasers of a package from commerce to be a team. there is a myriad of permissions a team can have. a project manager has all perms by default. then you can fine tune what teams can and can't do. 
Private Mode: as a mentioned you can set a project to private, doing this will only show the project on the project's landing page and giving access to those who are in the teams.  if a project isn't private, then regardless of their team status, they will be able to see the project, and read the cards.

this is the list of notifications stratagem sends out. you will get new card notifications when you follow the project, if you are the project manager you will get notifications about people requesting to join the project.  
when you get assigned to a card, you will get a notification regardless of your follow status of the project or the card (same with unassigned, but only team members can be assigned to cards). and you will get notifications for completed cards (if you are project manager or following the card/project), if you are following a card you will get notification of new comments. 

Regarding the bonus points feature: Does the "Last Activity" setting only work if a member logged out before he/she logged back in? My goal is to try to award points when a member visits, even if he/she didn't log out beforehand.

I can add a new field in the note form (and a new module to add its types: warning, accolade, etc.) that will act like a filter to separate notes in the notes listing but it won’t a “real” category feature. That would require a total rewrite of this resource and it wouldn’t cost only $15 for sure. 

I've purchased this, installed it on my forum, created a few projects and entered a whole slew of issues.  At this point I'm only using it to track issues with my website (the main website which contains a large games database, the forums, and online store).  But I will open this up to homebrew game developer as well so they can use it for project management and bug tracking.
I have a few suggestions after using it for the past hour:
When creating a new issue, add a "Save and Reload" button, and change the "Save" button to go back to the issues list.  This will make it easier to add a bunch of issues all at once. When creating a new issue, add drop-down for Status so you can immediately set the status to something other than "Open".  Default to "Open", of course. When viewing an issue, please add "Status" drop-down so you can easily change the status without having to click on "Change Details". For the Issues list, I'd much prefer if the Status and Priority were separate columns so they were all lined up nicely.  It's a bit cluttered at the moment.  With these sitting underneath the Type and Title. Make display of project cover photo optional?  Either globally for the entire app or on a per-project basis.  I don't see any way to disable this now.  If you don't have a project photo selected, you just get a bit, empty, dark box. Would really like the ability to link directly to a project category and only display the projects inside that category.  For instance, I have a category for issues related to my website, and within that category are three projects (Main Site, Forums, Store).  I want to link to this category from within the forum, and I don't want the other project categories to be visible in this case. That's all for now.  I understand you are working on a version 3.0 of this application.  Just curious how that's coming along and what features you plan on adding to it?

Now that I've been using this a few days, I think the filtering needs to be more flexible.  For instance, I'd like to be able to mix and match the following:
One or more Item Types (in my case, these are Bug, Suggestion, or Theme Issue) One or more Priorities (High, Medium, Low, for instance) One or more Statuses (Open, In Progress, Declined, Complete, as examples) Items Assigned to [choose a user, default to me] Items Created by [choose a user, default to me] This would be considerably more flexible than what's available now, where you can only choose from one item type or "Only Open Items", "Open Items assigned to me", "Created by me", and "Open items created by me".  I'd also like to set defaults for the filtering, so I can hide "Completed" items by default so they don't get in the way of stuff I need to do, but I and others can still take a look at items that have been closed to get a history of what's been completed, declined, marked as a duplicate, etc.
I ran into this as I wanted look at any Open "Bugs" with a High or Medium priority, sorted in by highest priority first.
It seems that you should be able to select one or more statuses you wish to view, and be able to do the same with Priority.  So I could see just "High" and "Medium" priority items with a status that isn't "Closed" or "Finished".  While also being able to filter on items assigned to me and/or created by me.  Right now you only get to choose from

Yes, Discord Sign-in/account integration is currently a feature being worked on, but at the moment it's just guest based.
Experimental SSO (IPS integration) support might be added in the future for self-hosted instances as well.

Yeah, the app is great, but before i purchase. there's gotta be an option for signing in to a discord account. It kind of defeats the purpose of having discord embedded. Please add this feature soon! I will buy it right away! I love how smooth it is so far. You're the first person to actually get discord embedded fully

Yes just add it to the content under basic settings, I do not think you can do it with the title field under rich embed correct @SoftwareFactory

That is weird and shouldn’t happen. I’ll take a look tomorrow in the morning as I won’t be able to reach my PC today. 
That error indicates an ambiguous column in query. I really don’t recall its queries so your best is to disable the resource today. 

Thanks for the reassurance. I'm guessing it was the case. I'm not familiar with IPS's file review process for files already in place. Had me worried for a second as I was basically just a few hours off between buying it and the file not being available! 

Gotcha! Just trying to make suggestions to help improve it and get you more customers. I can tell you that for my site, this plugin is an integral part of my site and will be used heavily for my users.
Having pages created for specific tournaments and then on the side being able to show the tournaments that fit the category I make would be great that way they can easily see what reflects the rules on that page if that makes sense 🙂

It don't seem to be that popular of a app, everyone wanted it until it was made lol
Yeah the widgets do come in handy plus you can put them anywhere in the website what will link them to the tournaments etc, another one will be like a featured widget for all the featured tournaments
