  1. Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket for you for further investigation. You will receive a response via email for any further communication.
  2. Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce this. When I set the points to 0 via "Manage Points" on a member profile, they get set to 0 everywhere for the user. Do you have any server-caching enabled which may be caching the page?
  3. Looking at these, they are connection errors to your Elastic Search. You will want to contact your hosting provider or server administrator for assistance.
  4. When you attempted the migration did you select for the system to migrate the files for you or was that unselected? If so, did the background tasks ever run or become present? Currently, there are no background tasks present which makes me think that the setting to have the system move things was disable and thus no images were moved. As if there was an error, these tasks would still be present. You also will want to take a look at your System Log as there are over 7GB worth of Elastic Search connection errors there. This is making it hard to find any previous errors as well.
  5. Yes, you can go to ACP -> System -> Applications -> expand system, on Search click permissions and remove permissions to all groups.
  6. If there are any third party applications/plugins you are not using, I would recommend uninstalling these. There are some third party applications/plugins still enabled, I would suggest disabling those. Additionally, you have a few OAUTH and APIs, you will want to ensure these are not referencing a user in any way.
  7. Unfortunately, I did not have any issues with the tag on importing this RSS into a blog. If you are able to create a new test blog to test this with the third party applications/plugins disabled, I would advise doing that.
  8. If you can send me the RSS Feed URL that you're grabbing from, I can test this on my test installation. If it does not render this then it would be an issue likely with something third party on your community.
  9. Testing this myself I can confirm that there is a bug with the editor in the ACP with Pages. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release. Regarding the screenshot you posted, I would check the fields available to your member group and ensure you have a body available. Of course, if you modified your templates, temporarily changing those to unmodified version too would be advised.
  10. Sorry, I'm afraid, there is no tool to assist you here. The only way would be through the ACP as it has to calculate what's on your server that is different from what is in our repository and generate that automatically. It could well be, there is a modified file or something else too which is included. What is the issue that you're encountering when attempting to manually download the delta package from your ACP?
  11. Was this plugin the cause of the issue?
  12. Do you have an example you can provide us that happened after the upgrade?
  13. Could you please back up a step and show us how you got to your screenshot?
  14. Sorry, this is still being investigated at this time.
  15. "Everywhere" will not search for member names specifically in profiles. You have to search for specifically "Members" to search profile names. The reason why you are seeing these names come up in content is that they are part of content you are searching, i.e. when you searched "Carol" or "Adam" (on either community) and saw their name mentioned in the title or body text. I understand you're confused by the "Everywhere" not including member profile names but let's exclude that for the time being as it is currently intended not to do that. We do not use any plugins for searching members on our community. Everything is core functionality in our software for searching. Looking at your installation again, you are purposely omitting all groups from the member search because you have "Allow filtering by this group?" disabled in ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit groups. For example purposes, I enabled it for the group our test account is in and then searched, which rendered the below: You will need to update all groups as I did for the above if you wish to have them be searchable.
  16. Are you writing content in Pages in the ACP or on the front-end? Is this with specific content or any content?
  17. Noticing some issues myself, I have started the process to rebuild your search index. You can see this process by going to ACP -> System -> Dashboard -> Background Processes. When that completes, please test again and if you're still seeing a specific issue, please let us know what you're searching and the URL to the content item you're expecting.
  18. All the same applications, etc... are installed on the test as production? Are you able to give us access to the export?
  19. This would indicate that these strings have changed since you have made your translation so you would need to review them. With the translated and outdated do you have your full set of strings?
  20. Glad to hear this is resolved for you 🙂 .
  21. Glad to be of assistance 🙂 .
  22. Have you disabled all third party applications and plugins? I would recommend trying that then attempting the function again.
  23. Please be advised there is limited support we can provide with custom translations but can investigate if this is an issue with the product export/import process. Are the other strings showing as outdated? Are both installations on the same version? Are any language strings being modified or have duplicates in any custom add-ons which may be creating conflicts?
  24. Correct, this is currently working as intended. Through normal flow of the software, one would not end up here unless they purposely tried to get there.
  25. Those folders are part of our software and would need to be writable for the software to build/cache respective aspects.
