My forum is very old and 10x365 days is not 10 years. 😉

why are group promotion rules only being executed when a targeted user visits the forum again?
For example: I have a rule for new people beeing moved to a different group after three days. But this rule is only beeing executed if a user visited the forum again. Then this special user will be moved to the next group.
But if a user visits the forum no more again or only after 10 days he stays in this "three days" group. This is not perfect in the case I want to target this three-days audience.
Could ips please move this promotion process to any cron job?

So you would need a "Members finishes 1st on Leaderboard" option for the 'When' to do that (and maybe a 2nd, 3rd too)

Previousloy with IPS <4.5, when a user was adding images to a post, they weren't enabling lightbox feature unless the image was bigger than the post box dimensions.
Now in 4.5, the lightbox is always binding to any image even if the image is just a button such as this, let my try here:

As you can see, the Invision logo is smaller than the post size, so I think it does not make sense to enable the lightbox system.
This is a simple example, my users build posts with lots of images in a icon basis way, so it's very unconfortable to load the lightbox feature to them.
Is there a way to lock this feature with small images?
 

Orphaned attachments are deleted regularly on a task that runs once per day, if I’m Not mistaken. 
If you want to test it, go to Tasks and find one related to attachments or clean and run the task.
EDIT: The task is cleanupattachments and runs at every 12 hours.

Hi mates,
when "Post Before Registering" is enabled, is it possble to see Users who registered that way?
We enabled the feature quite a while ago, but I can't see how many registered through it.
I checked the user activity log on specific users and the statistics in general...

DEV = a newly installed site, no customisations other than the ones you are working on IN_DEV TEST = either a newly installed site, or a copy of your live site, where you install your customisations created IN_DEV (uses -TESTINSTALL version of license) PROD = your live site (uses your license)

That's intentional, IN_DEV uses the applications/x/dev/lang.php files
You'll have to enable this via the DEV_USE_FURL_CACHE constant
You an disable this by setting the IN_DEV_STRICT_MODE constant to false.

I think he wants to keep the customized streams and switch of the "all activities" only.
I'd like to do the same because I made the experiences that the "all activities" stream contains too many informations, like mentioning every single reply in a topic.
I'd like to switch it off too but keeping the customized streams online.
It's also not perfect for me that the back link in mobile breadcrumb always jumps back to "all activities". Is there any way to change it to forum home? I would appreciate this also from the SEO perspective.

I agree that the "mark as solved" link should not be part of post 1. So I got a solution to hide it.
Go to following template:
Forums -> front -> topics -> post
... and add the green code.
 

Yup, it's not ideal but it's the best that could potentially be done from a CSS point of view.
@Apfelstrudel a way to see how the CSS can 'go wrong' would be to disable your Messenger....this will then remove it from the notifications list, and Newsletters will have a different numbered row and then something else will be hidden.

May I ask why this step is not part of the standard suite? From my point of view it should be.
