    On my computer I have no issue regarding this, all the icons and images appears.

    In that case, make sure the storage settings are correct and that the location is set to the server, and it's not showing "\\", instead of //<server>/uploads. Etc.

    AdminCP > Suspport > Clear Cache

    See if that helps. 🤙

    If that doesn't. Go to theme, and create a new default theme and set it to default.

    You've done the right thing. And, I'm glad you've listened to your customers. Even us small fish, who may not bring in the big bucks, but we are here. And, after all, we are here choosing your products over anyone else. So thank you. I may not always be able to pay at the 6 months renewal, and I may have to wait 2-4 months before I can pay, but you can be sure I pay when I have the funds.

    As a side question Matt, with all this talk about support. A lot of us were surprised to find that you moved from your own support ticketing system within commerce and changed to ZenDesk, only then to change again to emails (or whatever you may use internally). Was (or is) Commerce just not up to the job, even if you as a business cannot use it? Is there going to be any development on it as I'm sure it's in need of a massive upgrade by now. As it's still used by a lot of us, it would be nice to see Commerce get a massive overhaul.

    Have you removed it order to keep some of us from paying for 6 months, therefore keeping our renewal to just once a year?

    Like others, I’ll only renew if it’s a major version or security patch. I never used to, but with very little releases and all of us complaining about the lack of development on the other apps has stopped me. 

    So now with the yearly renewal, you’ll know you’re always going to end up with us paying on time all the time, due to the announcement of more releases throughout the year.

    I’m ok with the price hike, it was coming. It was only a few months ago that there was a hint about an increase with someone mentioning that there hadn’t been one in 10 years. But it’s the lump sum for one year I have a problem with.

    Keep the 6 months, and maybe add a monthly option too. And for your bigger clients, keep the year subs.

    Seems there are still template issues, on modified and default themes.

    [[Template basicpoints/front/logs/logRows is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

    These are on Profile and URL/points links. It doesn't show the logs at all.

    It seems that it's a PHP8 issue, once changed to 7.4, the errors go.

    yes i figured it out with your help thank you! it uses the same method to add any styling to the group. it just doesnt work for members names on there profile page for some reason.

    Be sure to enable this too.

    Are you logged in as an administrator with full access? All these areas are indeed present on the latest release which your site is using. Do you have other admin on there who can check this also?

    Could you guys possibly think about reinstating this simple feature back to how it was, including the ability to set x amount of posts for users to be able to change their title. It’s simply missed and has nothing to do with achievements.
