  1. Is your site paid only? If so, why not close the whole site from guests, so you must be logged in order to see the forum?

    Edit; I can see from your site, if it's the correct one, that all the forums are in fact hidden from guests.

    If, the above was done after Google indexed your site, these pages would of course now be archived in Google. You'd need to contact them to have the site removed.

    I see the server can grab the info, but as above, if it's not there, it can't tell what to do...

    So, if I have taken the picture, and I've noticed it's sideways when uploading, I simply go to Photo's, edit the picture and rotate it once, save it and then rotate it again until it's in the correct orientation and then save it. Now when I go to upload it, the photo is facing the correct way. This issue has been around a very long time. It's even worse when the phone is actually upside down (buttons on the bottom of the phone) as you don't realise you've turned it this way and go to take a picture.
     

    As above, I honestly still get caught out by this. Especially, when I try to take a quick photo.

  3. Has the last topic, and its views been taken into consideration, hence this topic? I hope so. As the backlash was quite apparent.

    Is there a way, where we could upvote potential new features that you guys are working on, or hope to be working on in the future?

    Or, can we vote and say, we don't want any new features, but please work on the rest of the suite. We keep going on about Commerce, Pages, Blogs, etc. I'd love it, if they were brought up to 2022 and made to feel modern.

     

  4. If you don’t want to pay and you have nexus (Commerce), then just setup a dept for account deletion. They can send you a request and then you delete it.

    A lot of us always go on about features or small things to be taken into consideration. 
    Here’s some I recently done and with a few others expressions their thoughts.

    I’d recommend you make some topics and add your thoughts to others.

    An example member I can take a look at where this has been changed may be helpful in me seeing whats gone on there

    ACP > Type: Post. It's the user in the group 'Postal Service' in brown. Has 8694 points, I've just adjusted to 0, but the points remain.

    Oh, I redid the access details before making the topic.. How strange. I'll confirm them, and make any changes.

    At the time of posting I found two users.

    However, following on from another topic I have. It seems any sort of action like this is not changed on the front end. 

    I don’t have any caching on the server as far as I can tell (it’s a shared server). But, various parts of the ACP seem to be effected with any values changed. Both, native and 3rd party. 

    It would be a help if someone could login and see it on their end to see if it’s a bigger issue. As nothing on my server has changed.

    Issue:

    • Adjusting points on user account seems to have no effect.
    • Account History shows that I've adjusted the account as '0' and then '1'. But, the account still shows '467534 points' within ACP.

    Side note:

    • Points earned all seem to have the same date? (15/06/21 17:54) - Not sure if that is from the rebuild process or not? But the post date doesn't tally up with the points earned.

    Is this going to be the same issue for adjusting points within the Achievement app. I've excluded a group, but they still earn points. I've adjusted the account to show '0', but within ACP it still shows the points they had, but the account history shows that's I adjusted the points to '0'?

    Hi,

    This is starting to affect various parts of my site now. Using another application, 3rd party, and I cannot save any new settings. This cannot be a coincidence, surely?

    The database shows the correct values, but it's not being represented on the front end?

    Nothing in the error log, and I'll check the database.

    This is after setting the first 3 column (in ACP) to 5 - 2 - 1

    I readded them, press save. It saved the points, once I refresh the page or move elsewhere to check again, it's back to '0'.

    Well I've upgraded. But, another issue is that I'm finding settings are also being reset randomly. I know you don't support 3rd party apps, but for it to randomly reset my config is odd, especially since I haven't changed any settings.

    Added to the developer's support topic too, just in case.

  13. I'm not sure if this is related to another issue that I'm currently experiencing.

    But, my point's app keeps removing points that I've set for forum. Per Topic > Reply > Per Topic Starter.

    It currently shows '0' for each section. I just sat there for a second time and redid them, saved the page and a couple minutes later they are back to zero?

    Any ideas.
