  8. Without wanting to state the obvious, have you considered just reverting to your backup?
  9. Glad to hear you have everything sorted 🙂
  10. You are not allowing login for front end or the admin CP. If you click the pencil icon, you will see this
  11. I have deleted the image. Do not add personal information into topics
  12. If you are being asked for your current password, you arent doing a password reset. You are clicking to change your password. If you are unsure what your password is, you need to log out, and then where you log in there is a forgotten password link
  13. Check you have it enabled for login on the front end. In terms of the last question, they will not appear like that on our site. Thats on googles site. When they click to login with google however, they will see googles site with their logins
  14. There is nothing within the platform at present that can give you a list as such. If you suspect someone is using multiple accounts you can use the IP Tools section in the moderator CP or admin CP to see if there are multiple accounts
  15. This is not something in which is resolved at present
  16. To clarify, you now have the situation sorted?
  17. You dont place the zip anywhere. You upload the contents of the zip to the location you have your site on your server
  18. The instructions would be the same there. You upload and then run the upgrader
  19. I would advise on contacting your hosting provider for assistance with this. The index file is the root to all pages on your site, so that wouldnt nessesarily be an indication its not mysql.
  20. Yes, that would indeed be correct
  21. Indeed you need to check your connection details in conf_global.php . If nothing has changed in there, you need to contact your hosting company
