  1. I feel you are still misunderstanding here. This forum has always been present. Even when you had the private tickets, this forum was public and still present
  2. You could create a ticket from the admin CP. That is indeed no longer present. However it did not open a topic on this site. It opened a ticket in your client area. Tickets are actually still present, but you cannot create them yourself. We can move things to a ticket if needed. This area however has always been present, and has always been readable by other members. it's a public forum.
  3. I still find the claim Someone can misuse card details to be a very alarmist sentence. Card details are not stored on the platform in any way. Nobody could log in, and get your details to use elsewhere or on another account for example. Feel free to request new features in our feedback area. We have no problem with that, and encourage as much. This is however, not a security flaw in our platform. Its actually a security flaw elsewhere (they got the passwords from somewhere), and flaw in that the users themselves are using the same user/pass combinations. I'm incredibly confused by your statement on 2FA. If you set up google authenticator for example, yes it requires the user to participate. However it also requires a user to participate to verify using email. You can enforce users to set this up. In the case of old users who have not logged in, you could also enforce password changes for those user, which will send an email to enforce a password change, invalidating all passwords for those users. The tools are indeed there to do this. I understand they aren't the tools you personally would like, however they are present for you to use. We fully understand you would like to see changes on that. We love the thoughts our users come up with at times. Nobody at all has dismissed your suggestion. What is not going to happen though, is even if we decide to add something of this nature, we are not going to add a new method of logging into the software overnight. I'm sure you can appreciate very quickly making large changes in account security is what causes security issues in the first place?
  4. Best support issue ever 😄
  5. Its an issue sorted on the new editor, with the "add new line" functionality
  6. If you have uploaded a full fresh set of files from your client area, you would need to check with your host on this to see what is being changed
  7. I have removed your sites URLs
  8. I have removed anything specifically relating to your site from this topic. Its worth noting, this isnt something that has changed. This has always been public.
  9. Please also ensure you have disabled all 3rd party items before testing this
  10. Its not clear what, to be honest, what you are trying to do there. Are you using 'linked forum' to do this, or something else? If so, there isnt another way in which to get it to be in the forum listing than that, no. Generally you would have blog on the menu, and have people visit the blogs home page
  11. Please first of all update your site to the latest release, and then test this again.
  12. Im not sure what answer I can give there than I already have above, to be honest
  13. No. Existing posts would be as they are
  14. We dont have access to the admin CP with the details on file to check permissions for you there
  15. You appear to have some kind of spam protection there which is causing the authentication issue you are having there. I suspect this may also be contributing to the issue you have with not everything showing
  16. Just caught up with Ryan there. The file there is no longer relevant, so has been removed. It certainly wouldnt affect your theme though, as mentioned
  17. You need an admin to look at the way your server is running there. Probably its configuration (mysql potentially).
  18. Sorry, its not clear what tutorial that is as you are linking to something in your client area. You can either A - Download the beta version from your client area, upload all files, then run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade Or B - Add a constants.php file to your main directory, and add the following contents. Then once done, select "check for new updates" again <?php define( 'USE_DEVELOPMENT_BUILDS', TRUE ); Always ensure you do a full backup before you proceed
  19. Ah I see. So you want the list rather than the totals. Unfortunately, there is no wat in which to export that currently
  20. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  21. I will check with @Ryan Ashbrook to see if that file is still valid. It hasn't been updated since 2017, so may well not be. I would say however, if you are having issues with a 3rd party theme, you would need to contact the author of that theme for assistance. The plugin itself is for producing a robots.txt file, and shouldn't have any effect on themes on your site.
  22. So you have any 3rd party items running when you are testing this?
  23. Actually you can, but only if you have a criteria in which to search. Just be careful what you select. What you can do is to click the cog icon to do a search in the members section of the admin CP. Enter the criteria of the member you want to remove, then once you have them and have checked, select the "Prune" button Always ensure you take a backup first What I tend to do personally is use the "move" option to a new group first. I can then go through those members and make sure they are correct, then delete the people who are member of that group
  24. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  25. Have you tested this? I'm not sure how else I can answer than the above, as what my colleague shows there is exactly what you asked for.
