There is no way in which to do this within the system at present unfortunately. You would need to get them to add themselves, or as you mentioned, log in as them to do so
When you click the menu at the side of any block, you will see the ablility to use it externally. From there you can select whether or not to use the stying
As mentioned, you would need to contact your mail provider. It may well be there is something that is in those specific emails that is being blocked, for example
I would need the examples on your site on this, as Im unable to replicate this. I have 2 invoices in this case. Of course if I pay the upgrade one its upgraded, but if I pay the original one, it remains on the original terms
The error is not specifically taking about permissions as you mention there. It just happens to be looking at those tables. Have you disabled all 3rd party items to test this?
