  1. We would need to know which site it is you are referring to on this one. I would say however, while we can check any issues you believe there may be with archiving, running out of space is fundamentally a hosting problem. If you are very limited on space there, you should be looking to get more suitable hosting. If thats something you dont wish to concern yourself with at all, it may be worth looking at our cloud options.   2. Could I ask you to see if you can replicate this on our site here? Also, please disable all 3rd party items and test on your site. If you are then still having issues, let us know the result of each, and provide us with information on what browser and operating system you are using
  3. I have created a ticket you will have just had notification on. Please respond to that notification with those videos attached
  4. While there isnt any text there, you do indeed have a join button in the top right of the club on every page that you visit. You can add a custom text field if needed which would show on the top of the club overview stating you have to join to participate. This may resolve the confusion if needed.
  5. We can (and have) create a ticket on your behalf if the need arises. In this case it required one to be cretaed. You simply reply to the email from my colleague
  6. You can multiple select, as mentioned, for any moderator option. So click the check box in the top right of every post you wish to delete then click the trash can icon from the moderator menu.
  7. There is of course an alternative option there, in that you can change the name of the members group to whatever you wish, create a new members group, then add your promotion rules. Anyone in that first group would be moved with the rules gradually, or you could just mass move them if needed.

  15. we were seeing some minor issues which were resolved earlier this week with licensing, similar to what you are reporting. When was the last time this happened? If it was more recent (since yesterday for example) then are you running anything which may block connection to our license server? Things such as Cloudflare, or firewalls running on your server blocking external connections.
  16. While I dont think its related, I have ensured all patches are run for you on the site. There doesnt seem to be anything specific to the user you messaged me with. I see there is a very short delay on view new content while it fetches data, but nothing I would see as being wildly slow. If we could have an idea what we are seeing as slow there, that may indicate if we are seeing the same thing or not. Other than that, if you could obtain the information mentioned by Charles above, that would be helpful

  18. It depends on your hosting and what logging they use for this. Only your hosting company can answer this.
  19. This is not something you can do without editing templates, so have moved this ticket to community support for you to see if there is someone who can assist. If I get chance at some point, I will have a look and see what I would do if I was to want to do the same there. Is this a product review?

  21. You are referring to the sorting there. You can only currently sort by oldest or newest activity, and not by oldest and newest start date. Similarly the 'time period' relates to the last activity date. There isn't really any way to do what you are looking to do there. I do see you have the pages application. You could create a topic feed block on another page, if its something you wish to go that far into for your moderator, as an alternative thought

  23. Please could you update your access details on file, as they appear to be incorrect. We can then take a look for you Actually the opposite is true. We encourage people to post on the community, and we can pick it up from there if needed. We can access users login details just the same as we can from a ticket. Its only really if there are indeed any details that need to be sent to us privately that we need a ticket.
  24. This was forwarded to our account services, and can take a while to go through, as these are completely separate systems unfortunately. I can assure you that the ticket is there and awaiting accounts however.
